Wonderful people, and they went above and beyond. Help me in an emergency with some packing tape to get us on a flight with our carry-on. Thank you so much without their help may not have gotten to Germany in time to see a very ill grandmother. ❤

After a terrible experience at one of the neighboring bars, I purchased a few snacks from New Stand.

Much to my surprise, I had one of the best customer service experiences from a young guy in the shop. Very helpful, happy to have a laugh (and listen to my terrible experience), and really was a complete delight to deal with.

When it comes to airport shops, this one’s a bit limited, and the normally egregiously high airport prices.

Really terrible service and experience. I purchased a bottle of “proud source” spring water, which tasted so intensely of metal, that I felt I would get ill if I drank it. They refused to allow me an exchange because “you opened the product,” but how would I know it tastes like that if I didn’t open it? It was such an illogical response.

The staff there refused to give me the name of any manager or supervisor, saying they didn’t have one. The only name I got was a gentleman named Dario, who just continued to reiterate that the item was opened so no exchange could be made. I love when people go through life with no moral compass or common sense.

They’re lucky they are the only news stand in the international terminal so people have no choice but to purchase there. If you have any option though, do not purchase proud source or anything from this place. They don’t care if you get sick from their product and will not take responsibility for anything since they’re one of those team of liars who insist they have no management.

If the food is not refundable, you should note it first to the customers. I bought it five minutes ago and it's ridiculous that I cannot return, although it's a rule. But nobody told me this rule before you sell.
The services are not good. A terrible experience although I can give these chocolates to my relatives.
