I tried these guys a couple of times. They are way too expensive, and although their work is decent, other places do a better job. Apparently if you live in Los Gatos-Monte Serene, they think you can afford to pay extra. I prefer Kerful on University Ave in Los Gatos.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees and people in the main South San Francisco office are extremely rude and condescending. If you have expensive clothes and have self respect avoid this place like the plague!!! They do horrible work and will not take responsibility for items they damage!!!

Horrific service. I dropped a pair of curtains in to be picked up 2 weeks later and at time of drop off requested that they call me with a quote beforehand. They didn’t! Figuring that I wanted them dry cleaned anyway I didn’t worry about getting a call for the quote. I went in 3 days after the promised pick up date to be told that it wasn’t done and moreover, I couldn’t take them with me because they were offsite. I asked when I could pick them up, they couldn’t tell me that either but would call when I could. We are now 4 days on from that, no call, no expectation of ever picking them up at this rate, no real apology, complete lack of customer service and a total waste of my time. My advice is, go somewhere else, there are cheaper dry cleaners with better service. Just a complete lack of regard for people’s possessions and timeliness of service. Would give zero stars if it were possible.

Way too expensive! Dry clean 2 sweaters and 1 skirt = $145. Blossom hill cleaners did same items for $35. ?????????????????
