Brand new! Fresh and clean. Big parking lot with great view of the hills. Seems larger than the other stores. Has tire center inside the main store (good, finally), food and gas station. Very nice new COSTCO.
Update: very efficient tire purchase. The purchase price includes installation and rotation and balancing of the tires. This is a huge savings and value for tire purchases. I'm very happy with the Costco tire center.

Clean nice Costco location. Less crowded even on weekends compared to other bay area locations. Decent deals on electronics and clothes.

I prepared myself mentally for a hectic and long mid-morning Christmas Eve shopping experience at the Great Oaks Costco on Raleigh Rd., in San Jose. A slew of cars and people were at the warehouse as expected. I was in the Costco puzzle. Amazing! Among us were additional workers. They were there to help, I mean really help. They asked if people were finding things. When approached they were knowledgeable. They directed people in the right direction and weren’t off putting. I have no knowledge of wine and knew I would be spending hours with ratings and comparisons. A gentlemen greeted me, asked me a few questions and the next thing I knew I was walking out of the store with a smile on my face. I have a sense their purpose today was to add time to mine and other members day. A welcomed Christmas gift from Costco. Thank you team Costco! Did I mention the short wait at check-out, too?

This newest Costco is the best out of more than few Costco locations in the South Bay. Their parking entrance / exit is fairly smooth, spacious gas station and the tire center has great service. Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, my favorite Costco in San Jose area!

Sheila in customer service spent over 30 minutes helping us purchase a mattress and boxspring for my brother who is disabled. She was very kind, patient and provided excellent customer service!

This Costco is large and the best so far in South Bay area. They have a lot of parking spaces. They also have Costco Gasoline in the area. Their items are well stocked, except of course, again bathroom tissues ( why on earth do people hoard tissues ?). The store is clean. The best part, even though they have long lines at check out, the lines move fast.

Out of all the Costcos in the San Jose area, this is the best, in my opinion. Several of the stores have parking issues while others are so cramped inside that two shopping carts can barely pass each other. This location does not have that issue. The employees at this location seem to be so much nicer as well.

Great location with an orderly fuel line and lots of manned cash registers and self checkout units.

Travel to and out is easy due to location and roughly 5 minutes off the 101 freeway.

The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

One of the best Costcos I go to on the regular. Always has good selection and variety. Well stocked items. Generally has what’s available at other stores too so it’s not like it’s missing anything.

San Jose's newest Costco outlet, this one is pretty much like every Costco. Lots of great deals on everything you can imagine. Their road shows bring in products that they don't normally carry at an excellent price. Plenty of parking and a large Costco gas station out front.

I had an outstanding experience with Marissa in the optical department! Her knowledge, patience, and genuine commitment to finding the best deal for me truly stood out. Brilliant shopping experience with vast range of goods and food items. Best of all inexpensive pizza, hot dogs, and ice cream available prior to exiting the store. Note that you are required to sign up for a Costco shopping card, which over time gives a return on the money by means of a cheque made payable to spend in store. A 5* from me and I should note I am a visitor from the UK who has a friend who uses Costco on a very regular basis. Top tip had the ribs last night beyond delicious 😋.

This is probably the best Costco to pump your gas because it's super easy to get in line and it's not hectic or busy like all the others. We prefer going to this Costco because they tend to have a lot of the items still in stock and they usually have the Portugese Tarts here!

This is one of my favorite Costco locations. Conveniently off the freeway with plenty of parking and a Gas Station. I had Lady Luck with me that day, walked right up to the food court and was able to grab a Pizza right away! Walked over to Guest Services and had my account updated with ease. Walking out I noticed a employee assisting a customer with a broken bottle, and wouldn’t you know it, he had a 49er Polo on with a beautiful display of the 49ers Logo on his arm! Had to get a picture with him. 📸 Met many 49er Faithful on that day! Let’s Gooo Niners!

This really nice worker named Bella helped me out the other day and honestly probably the greatest customer service I have ever gotten in my life and she was very helpful please let the world have more people like her and she was pretty omg!!!

The Costco is must stop place on our way to the hotel after arrival. The only thing I wish they have sold is the fresh sushi and rolls add they do in Kauai. Otherwise the selection is great!

Costco has become an American classic. Bulk prices with a quality control/choice for products that are a cut above. What's not the love? Not only is it the best place for buying food staples, there's a decent selection for houseware as well.
