Monika is an exceptional worker who provides great service at the pharmacy counter. She was quick, kind, and had a warm demeanor. Monika’s diligence helped for a smooth experience picking up medication.

I have been using CVS for over 10 years and have consistently had good luck with the pharmacy and the store. My prescriptions are done on time, pharmacists are helpful and the checkout goes pretty quickly. One young man who has assisted me a lot is John (tall with pony tail). He helped me find things in the store, and get checked out quickly. John has provided expert assistance in the photo department and seems to enjoy what he does. There are many other workers who are great and they also have lots of good sales. So there! Patrice from Los Gatos

The nicest and most helpful employee at this Los Gatos CVS is Shannon; she does not work in the pharmacy section but is always asking people if they need help and always happy to help me when I can’t find something I need to buy. She always very professional and polite.

Three years ago, I gave up on the pharmacy at this Los Gatos location since they consistently had issues with my prescriptions and the a couple of the staff members were unprofessional. Today, I had a prescription filled at this Los Gatos CVS Pharmacy and noticed a major improvement! It looks like they have a new pharmacist and the employees working at the counter were very polite and professional. The pharmacist was very polite and professional; he is very knowledgeable. Thank you. Although, I can’t ever recall going to this CVS without someone trying to get me to donate money for a charity at the entrance. There seems to always be someone at the entrance of this store asking me for donations. I donate plenty and do not want to be bothered every time I go to this CVS.

The nice lady fixed the pricing of the Kodak kiosk for me when she spotted the overcharge. Most people wouldn't care but she spent good minutes fixing the issues for me. Hard to find such quality of a person in this age.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy techs make sure everything is just right.

It’s a CVS

Don’t use this pharmacy unless you like long lines. The pharmacy line is always too long, and the staff member I interacted with today was rude on top of it, which never happens to me because I can usually diffuse a bad attitude- not hers apparently.
However, if you need skincare items or other groceries you’ll be fine. The staff in front are great and the store is clean. They lost a customer today, though.

Update your hours on Google maps. You waste peoples time by being lazy. I’m happy to take away my 1 star review when you do your job.

Update: They did nothing but Google accepted my update of their hours so I changed my review to 3 stars and hopefully that’ll save people from coming out at night thinking they’re open only to find they aren’t actually open.

Not sure how this location gets a high rating. Many pharmacy products are often in short supply. The location seems not that clean. But, the staff is usually nice and try to minimize the wait time.

Black haired lady manager was terribly unfriendly. The older cashier helped me with my return however!

I take 7 prescription medecine year after year. I have been trying to get them filled at the same time every 90 days. The associate checking me out said "If you come for each medecine at different time then you will buy more." This is not a good policy.
