I usually don't shop here but I didn't want to wait 2 days shipping with Amazon. Best buys said they had what I wanted and they had 1 left in stock, I couldn't find what I wanted so I asked one of the employees and he was able located it with ease. Thank you best buys and thank you employee for helping me out!

Nice employees. Received help from someone named Alden or Aiden. I was looking for a Chirp Wheel and there was no 'home' location for it. So he did a quick search throughout the store and found it for me. That meant a lot to me that he went above and beyond.

I feel so lucky that I got chance to visit Best Buy ,I really the guy there who help in repairing service he fixed my Apple phone screen which other store Almost said they can’t do anything ,so he was like a lifesaver for me, I definitely recommend him. I wanted a smaller TV for a bedroom. I went first to Costco and all theirs were 45" or larger; too large for my needs. I also tried Target and all theirs were too large. Best Buy had a 32 inch size that was just right for me and also a non-polarized power plug for the TV that I had lost the power cord to. Very friendly staff helped me find what I needed.

Great service and selection, they had exactly what I needed, and the line moved quickly. Cashier was quick and polite.

7.18 2020 3pm: 1st impression &visit to Best Buy on Curtner Avenue2 make a couple of purchases w/teen. Spacious roomy &lots to see. I do appreciate the large signs indicating what area we are in or going to. Or cashier in the Electronics area was Miguel. He was kind, professional, attentive, helpful, smiled &answered our questions.
👎 On the other hand, when we paid at the front for a different item, the short, chunky female&very short hair w/the name that starts w/ "k"? was not so kind. She seemed bothered2 assist us. Not cool. I did ask her for her name but I cannot remember the name. Does start w/letter c or k? Mind your manners young snobby woman!

Walked in for the offers and bought the new iPad 10th generation with a discount of 50usd. This Best Buy has plenty of parking space. The shopping was quite easy and quick.

Best Buy is always fun to go to, theirs so much to see and no matter what you still buy things, it's hard not to LOL

Great service on a TV installation! Courteous installers. Called beforehand with accurate arrival time. Old TV was off the wall mount and new larger one up very quickly. Helped us walk through the setup and adjustments.
Recommend them w/o hesitation!

Review mainly for appliances - good selection of display models and the reps are very helpful in showing you various models.

Amazing store. I ordered something online and it did not take me more than 3 minutes to get it and out. Fast and good service. The street entrance gets really busy at some times but the parking it's pretty big. It's easy to find a parking spot available. Amazing customer service, specially really fast if you are in a hurry.
