I've been coming since 2011, and I love this club. Today, Crystal helped us, and she was excellent. It's always good to see Sage as well. Products are great, a little pricey after taxes. Love how the place runs so smoothly. Great products, great people!! Live,love, lotus!

Always really helpful when we just want some good recommendations and knowledge about the products. Seen Eli a few times, he gave us some detailed explanations of some of the options which is awesome. Worth checking out for sure

I've been coming here really long time but there are a few people that really stand out and are a big part of why I keep coming back.

Jessica is extremely patient and down to earth and always manages to get a smile out of me, even on my worst of days. She's also a really good at making personalized suggestions based on my needs and preferences.

Cory is knowledgeable about glass and has helped me get a couple really nice pieces from their collection that were specific to my needs. I'm not great with names but I wanted to add a couple more to this later and will edit them in.

Purple Lotus has one of the highest quality products compared to neighboring companies. It will forever be my go to for medicinal Marijuana needs. Their guest service agents are extremely friendly

Purple Lotus is by far the best spot if you're leaving the Bay Area, or coming in to visit to buy the hottest quality Medicinal Marijuana. The staff are professional, knowledgeable of their products, and accommodating. Definitely stop by if you're in the Bay Area.

I’ve ordered numerous times for delivery and they are very quick and definitely customer services is always great. I’ve only been to their location twice and it’s great too just I live in Newark and that’s a drive so delivery for me lol.

I could literally smell the flower turning into the parking lot. Service was friendly, expect to show ID twice upon arrival. Cash is King, but they do accept debit. David was our budtender and was very knowledgeable and friendly, much appreciated!

King is the best budtender I’ve ever met at a dispensary in California or Massachusetts. Incredibly helpful, generous guy. Every employee at purple lotus that we encountered was a great vibe and made sure we settled in well. This is how you run a dispensary, or any establishment for that matter.
