Yet again an awesomw experience at Departures Luggage. This time at their relatively new location in Los Gatos. Aju the boss was extended helpful, showing me no less than 8-10 bags to replace my old damaged bag. Eventually I got exactly what I needed and 100% to my requirement & budget. A Tumi 19 Degree Aluminum! When it comes to luggage, backpacks & any travel accessories, Departures luggage is the only spot to go☺👍

The store has an abundance of inventory in style and price, more so then other luggage stores. The staff is friendly, treating each customer with special attention, as they are the only one. The showroom is large and easy to look at the luggage choices. I can't say enough about them, except to say come in, you won't be disappointed.

Very well stocked store and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. I had been looking for a durable hanging toiletries bag and multipurpose carry on. They had an amazing selection to choose from.

I have been purchasing my luggage from Departures (formerly known as Noble Luggage) since 2011. I recently found out that they relocated to Valley Fair and also opened up another location in Los Gatos! Both locations have wonderful staff and everything you need for you next trip!

The staff, specifically Ajju and Christina, were really helpful in answering all of my questions, and they were able to recommend products based on my specific needs. They also had a lot of options to choose from (Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Samonsite, tons of travel accessories, you name it!), so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I always feel that they truly care about helping their customers find the right product for their needs, rather than just trying to make a sale. Overall, it has been a pleasure doing business with Noble Luggage/Departures all these years.

Very helpful shop. While I did not make a purchase, they advised me that going to Europe, it is better to have a 2 wheeled bag instead of a spinner. I will go there again.
