Safeway

This Safeway is always well stocked. It's a bigger location than the surrounded Safeways I been to... the only down fall is the lack of cahiers, don't understand why they are always under staff. The prepared food has a large selection which I love.

Also has cool DMV kiosk to renew car registration.

Tonight Isac & Jair really came through and helped me out with a late night order. They could've easily turned me away as it was 1 minute till closing when I arrived for an order received through Instacart. They were also dealing with some unkind people at this time as well. Not only did they help me out, but they were extremely kind & pleasant while doing so. Any recognition they could receive from their employer is greatly earned & deserved.

I really wanted to talk to a Manager.
To Rave about the size, the impressive set up, the cleanliness, the organized /beautifully aisles, the merchandise.
A First Timer - I went to the Pharmacy for a Flu shot - me the most delightful, attractive, petite woman pharmacist- all alone. Busy and cordial. Decided to wander the store - it was so vast and nicely organized. Wanted to praise the store to a Manager - they will read this- Bravo! Great Safeway.

Big Store day after Valentines Day ,looking for deals on flowers and chocolate. Absolutely not ..at this store
they had some pretty bouquets that priced out over $225 mainflower was a dozen longstems some greenery and scattered variety of aromatics 20 flowers in all and a standard glass vase ,$275.00 ...what? c'mon. .... Silicon Valley thing mabey, Did I say this was a Safeway Supermarket floral department. ? Now they were nice looking arangents but wow
So turned around to get a $6.00 cup of Joe and was informed by the young coffee professional at the Starbucks mini store , sorry sir we're closed....Heck couldn't afford that cup anyway. I was going for a vente white chocolate mocha with an extra shot for a total of 4 expresso shots and whip cream on top. Iced.... to be fair , hence the 6$ tag. Highly recommend this Beverage for a after lunch coma fix that has legs all the way to a 7pm light dinner snack.... Cheers

This Safeway has the best deli ever. Major shout-out to Teresa. She thoughtfully prepares breakfast sandwiches for my partner and crime and myself, from cutting up the onions, toasting them, ensuring the cheese does not burn by adding it on top halfway through the toasting process. She also has been very friendly and I come back as a result.

Safeway has given me an easy way to get groceries, cakes, and sweets.Also, Safeway is placed in areas where it's quickly accessible. All the products are organized, so it's not difficult to find where a specific product is. All in all, Safeway is an amazing grocery store.

Big store! There's meat and seafood section, deli and sandwiches section and a Bakery, lots of toppings for your make your own sandwiches. Great selection of energy bars. They have put up new exit and entrance gates inside the store.

This store is a gem, and though all Safeway stores are pricey the fruits & fresh vegetables are usually prime. The store isles are always clean and free of any debris, there are shopping carts, yours for the using upon entering the store. A mini Starbucks is located in midstore. Same delicious coffee, priced like all stores.
Checking is always easy, bring bags or buy. Self check-out also easy. There is a Safeway attendant for check-out problems. Restrooms are easy access for all.
Parking is the usual, filled when busy and near empty early mornings. I shop Tuesday morning, I'm in and out in twenty minutes.
Be careful walking thru the parking lot, the speedbumps are not very visable, they're located all through the parking lot. So caution is advised, a trip & fall is too easy.

In terms of grocery stores, this is as busy/crowded as it gets. Thankfully the layout keeps you “away” from the crowds and flows nicely.

But I come for the meat department- they go above and beyond to make you happy. Literally had the Yoda -mask guy today say “I’m happy to do that for you”! Thank you Yoda Mask guy!

Thank you to the young gentleman at the deli counter That assisted me immediately today about 3 o’clock and made the best turkey sandwich at one counter and rush back to his counter to get fries and ring up my purchase. Hands-down best customer service. You make up for the five deli people that a few weeks ago, were joking around with each other while I stood there 3 feet away for 15 minutes asking & waiting for service that I never received. I wish you can train those people.

I love shopping at Safeway! The selection is great and the prices are always reasonable. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful bounties. ONE MINOR DETAIL IS THAT THEY PROVIDE WELL IN PURCHASING SINGLE VEGETABLE ITEM SO A COMPLIMENT IS TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO PULL OUT A PAPER TO GRAB THE SINGLE NON WRAPPED VEGGIE donut paper reliable. They are well in food cleanliness and clean clerk courtesy.🍅🍑🍆🥦

I went in today to get some a couple cans of roast beef that other grocery Stores didn't have when I was in the can aisle there was a lady that was stocking up I wish I would have got her name but I forgot to ask her or read her name tag but I asked her if they had the roast beef and she was very kind to help me find it and I was happy to get it finally after searching at two other different grocery stores also at the self-checkout the lady there was very kind I messed up the first time when I was cashing myself out and she was very kind about helping me out everybody there was very kind and helpful

The employees are all very helpful and patient. The pharmacists are the best! They are very personable and knowledgeable. The prices at the pharmacy are better than other pharmacies in the area. Overall you can get some great deals at this store if you look.

Always friendlyl, store is always clean. Always have what i need everytime i shop at Capitol and Tully. My experience with the employees have been great and always helpful and nice. Keep it up i see not only a Grocery store but everyone working together. Team Players...

It's a pretty good Safeway, which is already a nice grocery store chain. The produce looked good, the bakery well stocked. The woman monitoring the self checkout was friendly and helpful. Parking on a Saturday is non-trivial.
