Expensive but they have fun things too like sparklers

I have two stars because they have bad service, the manager she is so rude. She didn’t allow us touching their goods. If you don’t allow customers touch your products please tag it or mark it “don’t touch” something like that, I think most people wouldn’t touch it. Although their store is beautiful and everything is wonderful, service is important too.

I was told that I wasn't welcome in and my money isnt any good. It felt like I was watching a movie from 1950. I've never been told that before. Shocking that the city of Los Gatos has a business that would conduct this way.
Not an ally. Careful. Sundays they host events for Trump supporters. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Its comical that I would be accused of not wearing a mask. Must be the new scapegoat for horrible service. Since you recall my presence, what was I wearing..? Are you able to tell me how I dressed?
