Farmers Insurance & Financial Services - Hien Luong Agency

After the statewide car insurance increase this year my Tesla insurance was EXTREMELY high with my previous company of 19 years. Higher than most. I couldn’t believe it, but I decided to switch after all these years. I live in north Seattle and often drive by a Farmers Ins. brokerage and decided to stop in. I met with Betuu at the Hien Luong Farmers location. THANK GOODNESS I stopped in. She was able to get me in a much more comfortable payment range as well as refine and INCREASE my auto coverage! I made the decision to also move my homeowners insurance over to them as well and she once again worked her magic. MORE coverage, LESS out of pocket. Betuu is super friendly, very explanatory, and answered every question I had even the silly ones. I fully recomend her and her sisters brokerage for any insurance needs. Five star service all the way, from my unannounced arrival to the appointment the following week to transfer all my other insurance needs.

All representatives of the insurance agency, especially Betu Luong, are very friendly, patient and helpful. They are also knowledgable, very good, and accomodating to work with. I have always had an excellent experience with the agency and all of its employees.

Legitimately the best service/relationship I have with any of the many service providers in my life. Working with Betu and team has been such a great experience. Betu helped us with Auto and Home policies and made the whole process incredibly smooth. We continue to feel like we have a team that truly has our best interests in mind 24/7. Betu is incredibly smart and has in depth knowledge of the insurance business. I have been declined by my regular insurance, and we had to find a new, ensure that worked around some of my limitations. Betu was like a dog with a bone and did not give up until we figurerd this out. I am so grateful to her. This farmers insurance is on Lake City Way, right across from the Lake Forest Park Town Center. I cannot recommend them more highly.
