Pretty simple. You owe it to your dog to go to mud Bay. Healthy food, a huge variety of treats, clothing and accessories, incredible artwork. Shout out, and very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff. Does not matter which mud pay I have been to, they are all so very well maintained and so very informative. Love them, love their products, love the people

Great place to shop for your furry friends?! And too notch food too

We just adopted our rescue dog Trini and she came with a bag of food. For several days, we tried to sort out why she was having loose stools until we figured out it might be the food she is eating.

So we decided to stop by Mud Bay and ask for alternative food recommendations. Mud Bay's crew were patient, friendly and helpful with our kibble inquiries. They gave us samples to try which seemed to work so we bought a small bag and have now graduated to a big bag of the right dog food for Trina.

And also a bonus, the products they carry are priced fairly. We are now loyal customers (Trini approved).

I found a chicken in my yard and worked hard to find her home. Came into Mud Bay looking for chicken food, They went beyond to help me and donated some food. Incredible! You guys are the best!

I love this store, and love love the people who works there as well. Very kind very professional. My last visit there i mentioned that my new kitty I coughing and I have spent over 4K on vet bills to figure out what is wrong with her and we did not get any answer. There was a gentleman (I’m sorry do not know your name) probably a manager I think. He recommended us to try herbal GI support. And only after just 4 days of using the drop I do not hear my cat coughing again! She has been doing great and I can not say how thankful I’m. Sir, thank you so much for the recommendation! You made our life super better. And saved us lots of money! Because vet was planing for many other expensive tests on her but now she is totally fine. I wish I could give you 10star review! Once again thank you 🙏🏽

Mud Bay has been taking care of my cats for over a decade now, I'm just the intermediary between their wants and the people who can give them what they want.

With their sample program, Mud Bay has cared for more sick and ailing kitties than they know as I rely on them when a client is sick and struggling to eat. Different flavors or textures can make the difference that can sometimes be life or death.

They have unknowingly provided food that several kitties have packed in their primordial pouch as a favorite snack on the way to the bridge and that's a level of peace of mind I can't begin to explain my gratefulness to them.

Yes, it's an emotional connection to a pet food shop and I wouldn't have it any other way.

So nice and helpful! They keep updating their stock and expanding their brands. Our cat loves variety! We appreciate their bring back if your pet does not like it. Fortunately our cat has enjoyed everything we've brought home! They'll give you samples, too!

Very welcoming experience. I like the atmosphere and the selection of products. The people on staff always have a great recommendation for me when I ask (whether it is harnesses, food, treats, toys)! I feel no pressure and they have great sample selections. We have only had our dog for a short time but we make it a point to go to Mud Bay for all our needs!

Amazing staff, loveliest folks who really care about your critters. I also enjoy their cat toys but end up keeping them to play with myself, so every time I come back from Mud Bay, I just tell the cat they ran out (they didn’t)

As usual they just seem to be better than most other pet stores. My cat has been to vet for allergies and I have spent thousands trying to handle them. Went to Mudbay and was browsing for alternatives, one of the workers asked if I needed assistance. I described my situation and she suggested some food and supplements( which I had supplements and prescription food from vet) 2 weeks later and we are almost symptom free.. I can't even begin to explain how happy this makes me and my cat.

Sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable. They're also kind and interested in my dog when she comes in to shop with me. The samples are great too! We were changing food and we were sent home with samples food and treats to try out.

The quality of the pet food is great. Awesome return policy. They will take back any item or (mostly full) bag of food if your picky pet doesn't like it. The employees are helpful without being pushy. I often bump into an employee named Kit who is always pleasant and easy to talk to.

Friendly and helpful staff, as well as having a great selection of top of the line dog food. I would highly recommend. I just got a new dog a week ago and she came to us with dandruff and I can tell that her new diet has been the culprit in clearing up her skin.

I came to get some advice on food for my dog with skin issues who hasn't been interested in his food lately. The store happened to be in the middle of a power outage at the time. I was met at the door by a staff member with a flashlight who accompanied us throughout the store and was very helpful with selecting a new approach with food. All of the staff there were very attentive and helpful despite dealing with all the issues from the power outage. They still took the time to offer treats to my dog, which is his favorite reason to go to Mud Bay in the first place.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They are very eager to answer my millions of questions and offer suggestions to help my pets. Their prices are better than other pet stores and they give out free samples a lot. My dog loves going into the store and saying hi to them as well.

This is my and my pets favorite pet store. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. They have high quality pet food that my pets love and that is better for them. There cat grass is always fresh and the free samples really make it easy to find the things your pet likes!

Outstanding customer service!! This shop is Kid and Critter friendly. Everyone here is so kind and helpful! Better yet, they stock a great variety feed and treats for pets, whether cat, dog, chicken, or all three!
