LockBox Storage Crescent Ridge

Tom Martin of the Grimes location was most helpful and congenial in getting me set up with units at Crescent Ridge when Crescent Ridge was temporarily without a manager.
I needed units soon and he was able to accommodate which was a great relief.
The paperwork, auto pay set up, directions and locks were a breeze, thanks to his help.

We had an initial issue with the gate access code, but Adrian did a fantastic job quickly fixing the problem. Great, friendly service!

I couldn't give them anything less. Imagine this: newbies rent a small wooden trailer to haul boxes & totes across the country. Everything is going wrong and the trailer is swaying dangerously. Upset and stressed, I call LockBox and spoke to Brian giving him attitude that he absolutely didn't deserve. Throughout the whole time he stayed calm, kind and professional. He also took care of our needs promptly without even being at the establishment. Before leaving, I had to explain and apologize to him. Thanks to Brian we are back on the road after shedding some weight and feeling safe to meet up with our youngest son who is waiting for us. Thank you Brian...You Rock🙏🏼👏🏼👍🏼✌🏼

This is my first experience with LockBox Storage Crescent Ridge. I contacted Adam by phone initially and he could not have been more professional and informative. I reserved a spot with him and made appointment to complete paperwork upon my return to the state. The reservation process was easy. Upon my return to the State, we completed the paperwork and Adam was terrific. I am impressed with the location and security as well as the office surroundings. It is obvious that Adam cares about the appearance and first impressions. I look forward to storing at this LockBox location. Thanks Adam.
