AT&T Store

If you are looking for a phone shop that gives you 100% service then look no further!! This place is amazing! So many times i have been to other phone shops and have come away thinking "you call that service". Well not here! Christina and Nick seem dedicated to giving the customer attentive and knowledgeable service. Nothings too much trouble. I would give them 6 if i could.

Wow! Top notch service. I drove a client to the store because he wanted help transferring data from an old phone to a new. Ends up the new already had service with another carrier. Most places would have told him to visit one of the other carrier’s locations, but not here. The owner spent over an hour assisting with getting data transferred and setting up the new phone. It was definitely service above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this AT&T store.

Visited today 6/27 for a phone upgrade and my visit was amazing! Stella and James was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was offered with a good deal for an Iphone 13 pro max. They also have a good promo for accessories. The visit was quick and smooth. They offer good deals for first responder :)

I had an exceptional first time experience at this AT&T store. The owner was very personable and friendly. She was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make it an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend this store.

I am beyond satisfied with the recent switch we made to AT&T. The customer service at the Waukee location was top-notch, as the store owner showed a great amount of patience, knowledge and genuine kindness. We were explained all of our options and was able to take advantage of the the awesome buy-back program of our old phones. The transfer process was smooth and she ensured all of our data was transferred and settings setup correctly before leaving the store. So far, the coverage appears to be better than what we had before and I haven’t experienced any dropped calls. And to top it all off, I will be paying less every month! I have 6 very happy family members, as we absolutely LOVE our new iPhone Max Pro Plus phones! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been coming to this store since they opened and they have managed to meet every single one of my needs and more every single time. I have lost my phone numerous times and they always help me find it, set my phone to play in my car, pay my bill and more. I walk with a cane and have fallen more than once, and they helped me find a phone and a smart watch to make my life safer. Christina is an amazing and helpful owner and now I have met and worked with Stacey who is very tech savvy and awesome at what she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Stacy from this store was GOD SENT!!! After spending a total of 6 hours in one day on the phone with customer service and other AT&T stores trying to cancel an order and get a different phone Stacy saved the day. Aftee being a customer for only 5 days, if it wasn’t for Stacys persistence I Would have left AT&T! She was super helpful, friendly and determined to help relieve my frustrations. Best customer service from her! Thank you Stacy.

Stacey is an outstanding Employee. She went over and beyond to get my service straightened out. I came from T-Mobile which I did not have the best cell service. Great relief having someone work to get this done

I’m on a solo cross country trip and started having internet issues in Iowa. I found an AT&T store in Waukee. I walked in and met the amazing Stacey!!! She is awesome. 15 minutes of fiddling with my phone and now I’m back in touch with the world!!!!
