Romell was absolutely fantastic! He treated me like family as soon as I entered the door. Gave me a great deal on a new phone. Mario another associate very good too.

We have worked with Romell on numerous upgrades and questions. Legit, he is the best in the business. From replying to emails while he is out of office, to keeping me updated when phone upgrades are ready. Whether hes busy or not, which he usually is, he always finds time for us. Do not hesitate to ask for him. Worth every minute wait if you need to. Plus hes a huge car guy, and great to chat about Cars with!

Dymonte called earlier in the week to share that I was eligible for a free phone. Went in a couple days later. He helped find me a way to save on my plan. He encouraged me to run errands while all data was being transferred. Phone was all set up upon my return. Easy process.

Mario was very knowledgeable and helped me even though I’m no longer a US Cellular customer. I wish I would have met him sooner! Plus, I didn’t have to wait—I used to go to the Merle Hay location and would wait minimum 20 minutes, and today the line was four people deep at that location…happy I came here.

Mario was such a fun person to work with as we switched our service provider and got new phones. Went over a number of options and made sure to hit us with all possible variables to make sure we got the right plans to fit our needs. On top of being an A+ technical rep, his positive vibe and fun personality (along with everyone else’s in the store) made the whole experience very enjoyable. We look forward to continuing our business with US Cellular and will specifically seek out Mario at any of our future trips.

He was confident, very thorough and extremely patient! I would say he’s one of the best workers in that store and he deserves a lot more than what he gets!! Please give this man a raise or some sort of re-incompensation for his great customer service skills. If he gets this message please let him know he DESERVES A BOP IT TOY. (Unopened)

Yesterday I went to the Urbandale UScellular store. With the incredible service and knowledge by Romelle, I got my new Samsung S23 and a great plan that didn't break the bank like Verizon was going to do. UScellular sets up a phone for free. Verizon was going to charge us $40 for each phone we were going to switch. I also learned how to get service in Mexico!! Thank you UScellular and Romelle!!
