DXL Big + Tall

We arrived and were promptly met by store staff. My son is 24 and 6’5” and largely only shops at DXL. The gentleman who helped him was courteous and was able to help my son while I was able to relax in a comfortable chair. Being the mom, I didn’t have much input but was able to hear the back and forth between my son and the store staff member. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but I can say he was phenomenal. Best $644 we have spent in a long time. (6 outfits for new job). High quality clothes for my gentle giant.

Large variety of casual and work wear for the big n tall. Staff I always helpful and friendly.

Very helpful associate who turned out to be one of the assistant managers. No heavy pressure, but explained what was available, and differences in brands. Offered to order an item, if sizes they had in store didn't work.

I shop out at DXL constantly. The staff has always been friendly and personable, always making sure to help me find exactly what I need and make me feel amazing doing it. As a big guy and as other big guys will tell you shopping in a traditional store is HARD for us! Big fellas know that we have to bite the bullet and spend more money on clothes, and that’s no different here. But these folks make me feel like a person and make my shopping experience enjoyable! Big thanks to Jim and Chris for getting me fitted for a suit on May 27th!

I love this store. I've always been a bigger guy and I've always struggled to find clothes that fit and look good. I started shopping here more frequently over the last 2 years and I get amazing customer service. Jim ( I believe that is his name, sorry I forgot if you are reading this) is so friendly, willing to help, and try to relate to his customers and that is one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the awesome service. Very cool guy!

Jim was extremely helpful and very kind. He knew exactly what I was looking for and how to get it for me. We were in and out very quickly with a relatively low bill for what we were buying! I would highly recommend this store to everyone!

This is the first men's store where everything I tried on fit the first time. As a big guy this was an awesome experience. The staff would only make my rating higher if that was possible.

Jim was FANTASTIC to work with. We walked in right before closing he was attentive and wanted to make sure we walked out with what we came in for. Never at any point did we feel rushed to leave since it was after coming time.

I shopped at DXL Big &Tall for the second time for my birthday (10-22-2020) and had a wonderful experience. The service rep was outstanding and was very helpful. I was really in need of some new trousers and a pair of really comfortable black dress shoes and the he was able to find me EXACTLY what I looking for. I sincerely wish they were closer to my home, but it's truly worth the drive to DXL to get what I am in need of. I SIMPLY LOVE THIS COMPANY. I hope they find it possible to open more stores in my area!

I knew what I wanted. They had it in stock. Fast friendly service, in and out in five minutes. Not the first time I have been there, and it won't be the last time either.

The first time I went to DXL it was on my uncle's recommendation. Since my first visit, I have come to rely on a single sales clerk, Jim, to provide fashion, sizing, and personal recommendations. I will continue to rely on DXL for my personal attire needs.

This is our new go to store for the tall men and big man in my family. Jim, the employee who helped us, went above and beyond to make it a comfortable, non pressured experience. He was incredibly helpful with finding options and alternatives and with giving ideas and advice when we needed it. We will recommend and we will go back.
