I had a great experience today at West Lakes on my first visit. The treatment was top-notch, and I look forward to next time. It's hard switching dentists after 20+ years, but Sheri, Kerry, and Dr Sass made it smooth and easy.

New patient at the office and had an amazing experience! From the initial phone call when I scheduled, to walking out the door, I had no issues. Excellent care, highly recommend!

West Lakes Family Dental was able to get me in quickly for an emergency tooth situation even though I wasn’t a current patient. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely caring and nice. They’ve gained a client for years to come!

I went there to get an in-office whitening treatment. I have heard terrible things about getting dental whitening, but my experience was terrific. The staff was very kind. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. My treatment went so well that I fell asleep during the treatment. Everyone was very friendly and treated me with respect. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for dental work.

This was my first visit, and going to a dentist has always been a source of high anxiety for me. West Lakes was recommended by a friend and I’m so thankful. They were very kind, helpful, and considerate, and everyone was very cheerful.

I’ve only been using West Lakes for about a year but I swear since my first visit I felt like I’ve known these folks forever. Super friendly and professional. Besides the great upbeat atmosphere you also get treated right with quality care. Yep, this will be “my dentist” office for years to come.

West Lakes is the best dentist in Central Iowa. They have super friendly staff, and know how to make you comfortable for your exam. And if you haven't been the best at brushing or flossing, no lecture. Great place.

Update - March 2023: Still the best dentist office around. Friendly staff who always have a smile. Everyone will take the time to explain what they are doing and why.

My husband and I both go to West Lakes and we love it! We joke that if he never makes a good decision ever again, he at least made the right one by choosing West Lakes to be our dentist. Sheri at the front desk is hilarious, warm, and welcoming; the hygienists are conversational and professional; and Dr. Sass is kind and knowledgeable. Before we had our baby they emailed us to check in and then sent us a card congratulating us after. This office feels like family and is actually fun to go to!

Our family has been going to West Lakes Family Dentistry for about 18 years. It's a very friendly, family-oriented clinic where everyone knows your name and cares. Dr. Sass is great with kids and teenagers! There is a fun energy in their office that takes your mind off of the fact that you're going to the dentist! Highly recommend...

I was so impressed with West Lakes Family Dentistry. They are so friendly and welcoming! They made us feel like a part of their family from the minute we walked in. It is clear that they are committed to their clients. I truly appreciated their transparency. They helped guide us and educate us on the best ways to maximize our insurance so that we don’t have to pay more out of pocket than necessary. I highly recommend their clinic to anyone seeking a family dentistry. Dr. Frette and her assistant Morgan are delightful. I was well taken care of and made to feel super welcome. I avoided the dentist for 10 years due to the usual guilt trip I would get. I didn’t get any of that here just a plan of attack to fix the 10 years of neglect.

Great office! Everyone is so welcoming. Great communication. I have been going to this office for a few years now. I attached a picture of my son's first dentist appointment (from 2 years ago) as it went so well and everyone made him feel comfortable. Highly recommend this office for ALL ages.

West Lakes Family Dentistry is a amazing group!! When I arrived for my first appointment, I was greeted with a very friendly welcome by the Dentist Jared Sass. That was followed by another nice warm welcome from the manager and dental assistants. I was very impressed with the dentist and the staff, they are attentive, and caring. Jared Sass took the time to give me a thorough exam and answer all of my questions and concerns. He explained treatment options, and talked with me on a treatment plan that I feel I am comfortable with. I highly recommend West Lakes Family Dentistry. The Dentist and his staff truly care about their patients. Thank you for your concern ,and for making me feel comfortable.

This was my first visit to West Lakes Family Dentistry. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. The cleaning and exam were very pleasant. The conversation for future needs and my costs vs insurance costs was very clear and informative. I am very pleased with my visit.

I can’t say enough good things about West Lakes Family Dentistry. I love that they have mastered the balance of making it a fun and enjoyable experience and yet professional at the same time. Everyone has bubbly and fun personalities and makes you feel like family. I always leave my appointments with a smile.

Definitely recommend. There’s always a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is super sweet! The dentist always provides me with knowledgeable information especially with any concerns. The dentist also always gets involved to make sure we do the best decision making. They provide Proper, professional and healthy dental work. They go above and beyond!

Such a great experience! Just moving here from CT and not having a dentist in IA, I was very nervous going in for my appointment. From the friendly receptionist, my hygienist Cindy making me laugh my whole appointment, and Dr. Frette bring extremely kind, my nerves were calmed immediately! I saw Dr Aubrey Frette and her team and they absolutely amazing! I have the worst anxiety with dentist and I actually was able to stay calm and I didn’t feel a thing and she did a very good job! I have all ready made my next appointment!! Also have to give Sheri at the front desk a shout out, she was super friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable when I got there, like I been coming there for years!
