Madi truly went above and beyond to help me today and she provided me a great experience at this Starbucks! She is welcoming and eager to help, and did so with a joyful smile! I'm very happy with my experience and will be coming back often!

Great place, their chai latte is amazing! I just wish I had brought my MacBook Pro to get some creative work done.

I placed a mobile order. When I pulled up I noticed that it was extremely busy both inside and with the drive through. Naturally I expected that this was going to take a while. To my surprise I had to wait less than a minute. They were so on top of the game that they not only had everything done so quickly but there was no sacrifice to the drinks both with taste and presentation. So happy with my experience. Also the baristas were extremely friendly and while working hard still made sure to talk to me and ensure I was satisfied. 20/10!

I walk into a perfectly dim lit room, it makes me feel cozy. The sounds of the espresso machine fill my ears while the smell of roasted coffee filled my nose. The furniture and interior design was astounding. They had burnt orange leather seats, and chestnut floors, no one misses out on a good spot here. We are greeted with a smile and we order. As my friend is talking to the cashier I analyze the other employees. It is insanely busy yet none of the workers looked like they wanted to die. They all had such amazing energy and just looked nice in general. I would feel safe in a room with all these workers, every single one was a warm person. Our order is taken and we sit on the very comfortable seating on the farthest back wall. It was an exceptional spot because I could see everything. Business men on their computers, moms talking over coffee, teens and their friends. It wasn’t crowded tho, it was comforting. Our names are called and we pick up our drinks. I got a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I take a sip and it is nothing but delightful. The sweetness of the oat milk melted together with the espresso perfectly. The business was dying down as we left. When we first entered this Starbucks, there was a line down the parking lot, now it was only around 7 cars. These workers are fast, efficient and kind and this starbucks is highly recommended.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel from out of town. We were looking for breakfast and a cup of coffee and came across this Starbucks. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very appreciated. They were fast and our orders were perfect. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop by for our morning coffee!

I've never had a problem with this location; it's always friendly and fast. However, tonight was a bit of a disappointment. I have to work tomorrow and will miss out on the red cup yet again, but they had their signs up for the holiday drinks and food. I felt like that was a win... until we got told they didn't have the ingredients for the eggnog latte...then they couldn't sell the cranberry bliss bar until tomorrow. Maybe either don't put all your signs out ahead of time or state the stuff isn't available until a certain day?

Have had a wonderful experience each visit! The most recent time I went, I accidentally placed my order on my app for the wrong store and the redheaded girl who was working was so understanding and still made me my drink right then and there during the breakfast coffee run rush. She went above and beyond!!! (If her boss is reading this, give her a raise because she embodies customer service and the values Starbucks stands for!)

This place was historically slow at getting cars through the drive up line. I'm happy to say I have it a shot again today and things we're flowing nicely!! All the usual Starbucks items and great staff, so you can expect the standard options here and now at a decent drive-up rate. Five Stars

Starbucks how can you go wrong! Carmel ribbon crunch is the most amazing drink made!! I love the protein boxes too great option to grab and have for the kids instead of the concession stand options when at day long sporting events for us it’s wrestling.

I would not say I am a regular here, but every time I have stopped in the drinks and coffee have been exactly as expected, employees were attentive and friendly, and have always had timely service.

Hurry in to try the Sugar Plum Danish. It's only available for the holidays, and it's wonderful!!

I've never had any issues here. But starbucks might wanna think about building a new one somewhere close. The line here is always full and back up though the parking lot. We love our starbucks!

This Starbucks was very distinguished from other ones in terms of its location (very nice and inviting outdoor patio), neatness (very clean and matriculate) and customer service (friendly and attentive workers). I'd strongly recommend it.

I went to Starbucks Waukee at 9 AM on Tuesday. The service was fast and friendly. My order was prepared correctly. Almost every table in the large dining room had people sitting in the chairs. The drive up was busy. The street East of the store is under construction for a new storm sewer line. You can only enter from the West on a frontage road. This whole area is a brand new development area with a large HyVee Grocery Store across the street from Starbucks. There are new gas stations and banks and fast food shops and other stores all along this four lane highway. There is parking in front of the building. There are several tables and chairs outside the front of the astarbucks. This store has all of the regular drinks and merchandise for sale. I used my Starbucks gold card at the computerized cash register and got rewards credits for my purchase. I plan to come back again very soon.

Love our Waukee Starbucks! They know you by name, and always make you feel welcome. Great customer service!
