SUCH excellent service!! Everyone was so kind and friendly, which is very rare in a nail salon. I went with my toddler, husband, and mom, and we all left feeling like a million bucks. They treated my daughter like a princess and had no problem painting her toes and nails multiple colors, with beautiful designs. My mom and I tried dipped nails for the first time and they look great. Removed our painful ingrowns with no problem. My husband is super happy with his pedicure. We will absolutely be back!!

I get my nails done by Chi (the owner) and she always does a fantastic job! Everyone there is so friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

I have been going to Polish Nails since they opened. I can't say enough good things about them. This is definitely my go to place to relax and have my time. The atmosphere is great. I am always asked if i would like a bottled water, a glass of wine or a cup of my favorite coffee. I love taking my daughters and granddaughter for our girls time together. We make it a tradition every year for our pedicures and nails done after we shop Black Friday. Such a great experience. Chi and the other staff are always so nice and accommodating. Would always recommend for a great experience.

I' m shocked to read a few of the negative reviews posted. I go there once a week and have never witnessed anything described. We moved to Waukee 3 years ago. Polished Nails opened 6 months later. I started with them a week later and I've been there ever since. By far the best salon I have ever been to! I have a problem with my big toe that has cuticles that are very painful and can easily get infected. This started 20 years ago when I dropped a pop can on it. I come in every week in between pedicures and Che cuts them off. She doesn't charge me and is always happy to see me. Her entire staff do above the call of duty in other circumstances. I'm a nurse and I have watched their sterilization techniques and I would also rate that 5 stars. Another great - they don't overcharge!!

This was an awesome experience. I always read reviews before stopping at a new nail salon. I called a bit before I came in just to give them a heads up I was coming. I got in right away. The staff had such a fun time, we talked about my work and they were very professional. Mina did a fabulous job and I got the best of the best pedicure! And omg the hot stone massage was amazing. I already have a second appointment scheduled for my nails later this week. I'm pumped to have a nail salon just 2 min from home. Lucky me 💕

Polished Nails is a great nail salon. I get the dipping powder manicure and my nails always look amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. The salon itself is always clean. One thing I especially like is that they use a packet of freshly sterilized instruments for each client, not the same set of instruments on multiple clients like some salons do. Thus, no need to worry about getting someone else’s nail disease. I highly recommend Polish Nails.

Love this salon, my go to and favorite. All the nail techs have a great touch and make my nails look and feel the best. I highly recommend this salon. The very courteous, outgoing, and appreciative staff makes you want to return for sure! Clean salon with attention to hygiene.

I moved to Waukee in Sept 2019. I found Polish Nails, and have not gone anywhere else since for my nail and pedicure needs. Their prices are comparable to other businesses, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I broke two of my dipped nails and they fixed them for me at no charge. As they are doing my nails I feel extremely comfortable telling them what I like or don't like, and they fix it for me as we go along. They are clear professionals, understand my needs, and fit me in every time, because I am so busy I never know when I have time in advance to schedule an appointment.

As a client-facing professional woman, it is imperative to my business that I present a clean and POLISHED appearance.

I have found my new favorite nail shop. I love the way they did my nails and the techs are amazing. Compared to what I usually receive at other salons I feel they went above and beyond. I am very pleased and will be returning on a regular.

This is by far the best nail salon in the Des Moines community. I had a facial, a manicure, and a pedicure. Chi and Rose have this down to an art and a science. They are so professional and so friendly. What an enjoyable experience! Love the results, and can’t wait to go back!

I have been going here for awhile and really like the ladies who work there. They are all very kind and professional. They will make suggestions for colors and always make sure you are happy with your decison.
They have several choices for nails and for pedicures.

Polish Nail Salon is the best of the best! It's well kept and has a relaxing atmosphere, and Chi, the owner, and the nail technicians know exactly how to pamper. I've never had gel manicures last so long!

Chi Truong has the best nail salon in Waukee. I’ve been a client of hers for over 18 years. She always has a large variety of nail colors, her place of business is very clean and the staff is friendly!

Clean salon. New Covid precautions for manis include plexi-glass partitions between customers and nail techs. For pedis there are curtains between pedicure chairs with every other chair used -- so plenty of space between customers. New Barbicide training, too. My favorite place!
