Jaime was very professional and thorough. He also pointed out that we had an issue with the engine non related to body work that needed to be done from an accident my daughter was in with an elderly lady. The engine was replaced by the dealership and is running much better. I appreciate Jaime’s attention to detail and for making this a good experience.

Few things in life are hassle-free. Working with them actually was. Wasn’t familiar with the process, especially with multiple parties involved. They were very helpful and that info helped make the other interactions seamless, too. And the car looks great.

Had to get an estimate for a rock chip. Service was great and very helpful. I had to do a walk-in and they were able to get me in for a quote two days later. Two days later came in after work, they did their inspection and I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Once I got the approval from Tesla both companies worked together to get my Tesla to and from Tesla’s maintenance center.

Accidents are never expected & this was no exception. Graham Collision made the repair process extremely easy from the beginning to the end of the process. They worked me in for some preliminary work so I could drive my car until the rest of the parts came in which saved me having to get a rental car.

Graham Collison in Waukee is first class. I took my car there to get my bumper fixed. They were honest and upfront about estimates, they gave details about the damage to the car and the work they had to do and helped me track down a rental car. They were nice and friendly through every step of the process. They go above and beyond! They got my car taken care of ahead of schedule and much to my surprise they cleaned my car, inside and out. They didn't just run a hose over it. The rims and tires are sparkling clean and the inside is spotless. They cleaned every inch of it. First class service and very friendly. I would recommend them for anybody who needs work done on their car.

Being in insurance I have recommended Graham to quite a few customers over the years. Until recently I hadn't actually needed any repairs done. The shop is very clean and my vehicle looked great inside and out when the work was complete. Riley at front desk is very efficient and nice to work with. Jamie provided outstanding customer service and kept me informed as progress was being made and genuinely seems like a very nice person!

This place is ah-mazingggg! As a woman, I worry about being taken advantage of when getting anything done to my car. But Jamie and the team here were super kind, making sure I had all the correct information before making decisions, and never pressured me to do anything. They even worked extra to get cost down significantly for me, despite me not even asking them to do so! If you want honesty and integrity, this is the only place to go. Should I ever need service again, I will go here hands down!!

Smooth and without a hitch. I’m so impressed by this body shop! I’ve been in the insurance industry for 22 years and after having a deer claim was recommended to use this shop since I have a specialty auto. Wow! The repair was done to perfection and my car was even detailed! It looks like new. The estimator and receptionists were so nice and took the time to explain the process. My insurance recommended Graham Collision following a recent fender bender. The entire experience with Graham was exceptional. The front desk answering phones are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were able to work my car in between jobs and got it done sooner than expected. Not only did they exceed expectations with the body work, they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the car so when I went to pick it up, it looked like a brand new car inside and out. I cant say enough about the quality of their work and the friendliness of their staff.

Graham Collision Waukee was able to get my car in for a hail damage repair on very short notice. The turn around time was quick, results were satisfactory, and the inside of the car appeared to be cleaned and vacuumed. Overall great experience and would recommend to others looking for a reliable body shop.
