Great place to buy or sell houses from

Would never use their agents for buying or selling a house. The one I used to purchase a house never followed up after moving in to see how things were going.

This agent was only worried about the commission check. I told the agent about an issue I had found that was a big miss about the inspection of the property and the agent wanted to point fingers and send me down a rabbit tunnel, which I knew the agent was just trying to get rid of me.

I have 19 years of mortgage experience, and I knew the agent was just dodging me.

Espy set up an appointment with us for “buyers” to see our house. After a half an hour of waiting for them to show up, we gave her a call. Apparently, she had forgotten about our appointment. She told us she would call the buyers and call us right back, which she never did.

Very unprofessional business and would not recommend.

Just received a robo/spam call from here. I would never work with an organization that doesn’t respect the do not call registry. I don’t think anyone should.
