Mike Schiltz is the shitz. Usually have the stuff I need however there have been times when they were out of things.

I would not recommend working with Katie. Other people i know have had a good experience with other staff, but we ended up getting stuck with her. During our house build, she did not place our order in a timely fashion and had to be reminded to do so. She messed up our order multiple times. In the end we are still missing items she claimed to have ordered. Poor follow through and follow up. If you go to Plumb Supply request someone else so you don't have this disappointing experience.

I ordered two Kohler toilets here through my plumbing company, was told they would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. It is now going on 10 weeks, with no toilets. They are not all that special, just bone color instead of white. Had I known it would take forever, I would not have ordered them here. Beware.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Husband and I went to Plumb Supply knowing they only sold to contractors. We were only interested in viewing different tub fillers and learning about them. Associate, I won’t post her name, had absolutely no interest in helping us. Just kept saying they only work with contractors. I kept asking questions about the different models and have NEVER been talked to so rudely or snotty. I finally turned to my husband and said let’s get the “f” out of here. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE PLUMB SUPPLY IN WAUKEE.

Parts counter was rude and didn’t want to help find a part on a unit I was looking for even though they’re the distributor for this company. I will not be using their services unless there is no other option.
