Jonathan was very helpful and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I will return to us cellular at this location so Jonathan can help me. The US Cellular location in Grimes, Iowa is one of the best ones I have been to and I will return there.

Johnathan was absolutely amazing! I went into the Grimes US Cellular to begrudgingly upgrade my phone, expecting to have my monthly bill drastically increase.
He took the time to explain all my options and pricing for each. I walked out with two new devices, a better plan and my monthly payment actually went down!!
I am so impressed with his customer service, his knowledge and patience answering questions. This is the 2nd time he's helped us with an upgrade and I couldn't be happier.

I was very impressed with the manager at the Grimes location. He was very helpful and patient through the process of choosing a new phone. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was the only one working with lots of customers. He was very respectful to everyone that entered the store. I felt like he helped everyone with their phone issues. I would definitely return to this US Cellular store and recommend it to everyone!

I stopped in because I was not receiving voicemails and I also wanted a smaller phone. Zach figured out the issue right away, explained how to correct it, and ordered a new phone for me. Zach is our go to guy. Always friendly, always helpful.

Zach had called me as a courtesy on 1/28/21 to let me know that the insurance company was changing in my plan, its $1 more a month. I approved. I asked if there were any specials right now. He went over about a possible early upgrade to brand new Samsung S21. They hadn't even arrived yet, said they get shipped tomorrow on 1/29. I researched all 3 new phone of S21... and was liking the Plus and Ultra. Went in on Sat morning 1/30 to talk with Trevor. He went through all details on all 3 and the differences. I was so excited at this point. I decided on the S21 Ultra, the best of the best. Trevor is very friendly and thorough which is what I like. I was his first customer to upgrade to the new S21 Ultra. We chatted during the whole process of changing everything over. And he's a Cowboys fan like I am so that was a bonus. I would highly recommend US Cellular Grimes, Iowa to everyone I know. They are all very friendly and helpful. I've worked with James and John as well on previous phones. I would not go anywhere else and will highly recommend this location. Great job Trevor and thank you for helping me yesterday 😀

Unlike the clowns down at Verizon, unfortunately located right down the road, I needed my phone screen put on, the kind people at US Cellular did it for free and were kind and quick about the whole experience! The people down at Verizon though said I would be lucky to find anyone to put the screen protector on, let alone for the fact of it to be free. They tried to charge me $35!?!?!!? Long story short, Verizon bad, US Cellular amazing
