AT&T Store

Staff was very patient answering questions and helping me find the perfect phone to use when I have arthritis in my hands. Harder to use phone during flare ups, together we narrowed it down to three, then I made the final selection. Thank you Cody for time and patience.
Also Jeff the day before explaining my plans to me for my family. This guys are really great. This is part of the reason I'm still with AT&T.

Jeff stayed here and helped me with everything I needed (which was a lot) while taking care of three other customers at the same time by himself. Every time I’ve been to a phone store it’s been a pain but he helped make this the best experience I’ve had while spending money lol.

An employee messed up my account and screwed me over but thankfully, Tommy was awesome and helped us out BIG time!! He is amazing!!

Worked with Luke and we were in and out in a timely manner. Given beyond 5 star service, and made us feel warm and welcome throughout the entire interaction! Will be coming only here for my AT&T needs and I am from Colorado visiting.

I went into the Grimes AT&T today to find out what my options were after I broke my phone. Michelle and Donna were absolutely amazing. They helped me find the best deal on a new phone and even saved me money on my existing policy. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much ladies for truly making me feel like a valued customer.

Every time I go here it's an excellent experience and the last time I went I didn't realize it was already closed but they even unlocked the door and helped me anyway even though it was a time-consuming task and we were there for like at least an hour after close

Alex and Martin are awesome! I've been lifelong customer of ATT's for over 15 years, dealt with many store associates, and I have never experienced the high level of service that I experienced with these 2 professionals. And for added bonus, they are at the ATT store closest to my home. Thanks Alex and Martin for making my store visit fantastic!

Today I had the best experience at the Grimes AT&T store! Donna is awesome and knows what she’s doing. My daughter and I went in with a complicated issue and she saved the day and got us taken care of! Thank you soooo much for all your help Donna!! You rock!!

My wife and I decided to switch to att and we had the pleasure to meet Jay one of the consultants there. He was amazing we had a rough start to switching to att but he never gave up he stayed past store closing time to get us going and I had to return the next day but still had issues which was out of his control so he decided to come in on he day off the next day to get our issues fixed and it was all fixed due to his dedication to customer service. I really hope his manager applaud him for a very great job we couldn't ask for a better consultant and he will be our go to guy in the future

I would definitely recommend going to this location for any of your wireless needs!!! I went to get a new service set up today and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct service needed up and running as quickly as possible!!
