Appreciate the employees that stuck it out to the end at this location, they had their ups and downs over the years. Hope they all land on their feet. Maybe I will receive some of their great customer service in the future.

BEST STORE EVER!!!

Well it's finally done, Bed Bath & Beyond has closed its doors for the last and final time. In the two years I had the privilege of working here I met some of the greatest people I've met so far while living in Iowa and it's sad and a lil heartbreaking to all be going our separate ways. This team worked amazing together even when temporary animosity arose between co-workers here and there. I hope that everyone finds jobs where they fit in as well as we all did here and I hope everyone finds something they love as much as this place was loved I really and truly loved working here and each and every one I worked with here everything about this job and its people will be missed greatly by me!

The employees were super helpful and we got a great clearance deal on a toaster oven. The store is clean and well lit and has all sorts of interesting things to find!

I was looking for some gray vinyl placemats. After receiving rude treatment at a Kohl's store, I came here and am so glad I did. BBB had EXACTLY what I was looking for. The cashier was very courteous and friendly and thanked me. I much prefer shopping in person vs online because I can see and touch the merchandise BEFORE paying for it.

Truly love this store! They have fun unique things and it's fun to look around! Only regret they only have one store in Des Moines now! Miss the Jordan Creek location but understand why it closed!

I have never been here before and want ready for the wide variety of items! Spent hours there just walking around and looking, besides making my purchase. Love the free gift wrapping for the bridal registry. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful! Will definitely be going back again, just wish it weren't over an hour from here!

Amazing! I walked in like, 5 minutes before closing. I knew what I wanted, I just didnt know where it was. All the employees greeted me very nicely and pointed me in the correct direction! Most places I would expect them to be annoyed or feel rushed. Here I did not! Though I did hurry, but because I knew they were about to close and I was late being somewhere already.

I really love this store. The manager Paul is very friendly, as well as all the clerks. They have always gone above and beyond (no pun intended) to make sure you find what your looking for and know about the product you're purchasing.

I can't say enough on how helpful everyone has been. We are completely renovating our kitchen and have been replacing everything with new products. They have always made sure we get exactly what we are looking for and Paul always comes over and says hello.

This place has the BEST customer service. We try to buy everything we can here! Anytime we have any sort of problem, they always take car elf us! Yes, things here may cost a little extra, but they will take care of you, saving you money in the long run. Since they sand behind their products, you know they are only putting out the best quality of products!

Had a wonderful experience doing a wedding registry here. Made us feel very special as they sat us down and showed us all our options. They checked in on us while scanning objects in the store and answered questions. They also threw in a gift for us when we were done. Also everyone who was working that day had great personalities and top notch customer service skills!

We were looking for an item on a wedding registry. The staff went out of their way to search the store room to find it, and helped us stack coupons to make our purchase more affordable.

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. My wife and I did our wedding registry there and have had such a great experience working with them. We've returned things, exchanged defective things, and shopped there multiple times. It's been an excellent experience each time. Highly recommend this store.

I really enjoy this store! Most of my shopping time is spent on hunting or golf supplies. Hardware store when my wife wants stuff fixed. Usually after I broke it with the hunting or golf gear somehow.
But this store is fascinating if for no other reason than that it is a testament to inventiveness. Where else can you go and find 54 ways to make coffee? My personal goal is to try all 54 ways before they start stocking number 55. Take your time here. They do stock a really good stainless steel cleaner. Bar keeper's friend if I remember correctly.

Very nice store. Got a salt lamp here for a great price. At first thought everything seemed scattered and confusing but that was my first visit to this establishment. After a couple laps around the store, it's not so bad to find what you need.

Great items, great prices, and excellent service on my visit yesterday. Compliments to the Manager and Staff. I will be back. Also plenty of space to social distance.

Lucille in the bath rugs department is the BEST. She not only has TERRIFIC customer service skills, but an amazing eye for interior design. Lucille was kind, professional, patient, and assisted me with choosing some items for my bathroom. I have never had such a pleasant experience with an associate. I am beyond thrilled with my new bath mats thanks to you, Lucille.

Go-to store for wedding presents and housewares. They usually have a big selection of Back-to-College dorm room stuff too. More variety here than Target in home organization and higher quality products than Target's cookware. Popular for wedding registries. Closer to downtown than The Container Store. 5 Stars!
