Thank you Dawn! My girlfriend and I walked in, and were greeted with a smile by a woman who introduced herself as Dawn, and asked how she could help.
We told her what we needed (shoes where my girlfriend could be on her feet for a long period of time), and Dawn happily took us to a quiet place in the store and brought us a few options. She wasn't pushy, she didn't overwhelm us. She was perfect. We found a very comfortable pair of shoes and were totally satisfied, and we were even talking about coming back before we left! She was great. If she's not management, she should be considered. Thank you Dawn!

Nice quality and good place to get shoes. Although I have been waiting for these one color of shoes to come in. (Online)They have been etheir out of stock and/or not my size. Around 4-5 weeks of waiting for them to come in stock and/or have my size, I went to the store and checked and they still didn't have them. I ended up buying one that was similar but a different color. (They are working great for me and I love them even though I didn't get the color I wanted).
Overall great store and I loved my shoes though!

The staff here is consistently good - everyone is helpful, talkative and professional.
Prices are typical to any other store, and sometimes you get some coupons. The men's side of the store is kind of lacking, but the women's side has a decent selection.

Don't normally go here, but was pleasantly surprised by the great selection and very helpful staff. The guy that checked us out at register told us the discount of bogo 50% off. Of course, I had to take advantage of that! The only thing I didn't like was some of the prices of tennis shoes were a little high, but they are everywhere. Super clean and masks and hand sanitizer used here. Will definitely go back!!!!!

Very attentive and willing to help. I went to exchange one size for another and the lady called the other store and checked if they had them and told them to hold the shoes in order for me to get there for the exchange. In the other store very friendly and attentive too... five stars

I had ordered some boots from the store on merle hay rd. After 12 days the voots hadnt shipped and so do to that store not being real helpful we went to the wdsm famous footwear and the manager started to help me and she got my order canceled and and refund setup. That store had the boats i had order so i was able to walk out the store with my boats. The manager was very helpful and i feel see went above and beyond the call of dutt to take care of my bad order that hadnt shipped after 12 days.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. Greeting when I walked in and then taken directly to the type of shoe that I wanted. Friendly employees make this a must-shop store!

Had a really great experience at this store. I have odd shaped feet and I feel like the manager Jeannie really went out of her way to find me a good fitting shoe that was still stylish. Thank you so much for your help.

Love the selection! Some things you just need to see in person. Shoes are one of them.

Went there for a pair of energy light sneakers for my grandson after going to sketchers which didn't have his size. A very pleasant young man greeted me as I walked in and the end results I walked with the sneakers! I will return!

Only store that had Asics and a pair of shoes with Leather around the toes. I really don't like the mesh stuff that most shoes have. I had to buy 2 pairs of shoes this year because my big toes we're sticking through the weak mesh toes. Also these shoes were buy 1 pair get the second half off!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and stocked with all kinds of odd sizes that saved me and the wife from driving all over for our son's 11 double wide.

I rate Famous Footwear as chaotic good - lots of people, lots of boxes all over and items aren't necessarily where the signs are but you can usually find exactly what you need!
