Allergy, Asthma, and Sinus Center, P.C.

In 2019, I was initially unsure about the whole allergy doctor visit things.. At the time, I was extremely allergic to my cats but don't know of what facilities I should check out and get my skin test to see what my allergies were. Then I was talking to one of my coworkers about my allergy with my cats and wondering if he would know of any good doctors I should check out. Blindly not knowing that he actually comes to this facility for his shots, he talked to me about the benefits of his every visits.... let's just say, I made an appointment pretty soon after that.. lol.

Not disappointed at all! I never knew I was allergic to so many different things until after the visit... well.. It was definitely good to know before any unexpected reactions... That's for sure.

STAFF: Been nothing but helpful on any health concerns or insurance issues. Extremely friendly and fun to be around it. I've seen things the staff have done to cheer up a kiddo as well. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful if you have a questions that you are unsure about.

FEB 11 2022 UPDATE: 3 years later... here I am... I have not been having allergic reaction to my 3 cats since my initial visit. The spacing out of 3 weeks visit really been helpful with my busy schedule. The staff is still extremely helpful on any additional questions I have ongoing.

I highly satisfied and would recommend if you are allergic to something or wanting to find out what you are potentially allergic to. 👌

This summer I was experiencing problems with a persistent cough and difficulty with breathing. My internist referred me to Dr. Agarwal . At the first appointment, he asked a number of questions, did a breathing test, suggested a course of treatment. He continued to follow my progress and adjusted the treatment plan as needed. He certainly improved my quality of life and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He and his staff were very professional and responsive to me during each appointment

Very nice man who was prompt, caring and clearly concerned about helping me with my allergy issues. He wasted no time, administered allergy testing, identified the causes and provided me with well-written instructions on dealing with them.
He prescribed meds which began to work within days! A huge relief for me!
After just two weeks on his medications, I had a substantial reduction of my symptoms. At the two week follow-up we discussed additional treatment options and decided together to continue with his prescribed care.
I am very happy I chose Dr. Agarwal for my allergy treatment!

I found Dr. Agarwal after a bad experience with another allergist in the area. Dr. Agarwal has been very, very good. From his testing procedure to his treatment plan, he has helped enhance my quality of life and health. He takes the time patients need and explains everything well. His staff is friendly, helpful, and organized. They know you by name after one appointment!

I recently went to Dr. Agarwal and had an amazing experience, if I could I would give six stars! He was so intelligent and explained his diagnoses. I really liked that he was trained as a pediatrician and is an allergist. Not only is he extremely kind and compassionate, the team of nurses and secretaries are so nice and understanding! It was wonderful that I was able to see Dr. Agarwal within a week of calling for my appointment. My checkup was thorough and I was comforted by the professional and caring feelings that I experienced when I went. My 3 year old daughter suffers from eczema and I had been to her pcp and dermatology with no relief of symptoms. One visit to the allergy, asthma and sinus center and my daughter has no eczema! I know this will be a long road as her symptoms will come and go but I highly recommend this place!! Dr. Agarwal took the time to explain eczema and what I needed to do to treat it and what I needed to know for the future. The staff was super friendly. Great place and fantastic doc.

I had what I would call a life changing experience with Dr. Agarwal. During my first visit with him, he listened carefully, asked questions, and then listened some more. Because he took the time that no other Dr. had yet done, he was able to diagnose me correctly and help me feel better than I have in years!!

I started seeing Dr. Agarwal when I moved to the area about 9 years ago and he was great. My asthma and allergies were out of control and I was on the highest dose of allergy meds and Advair.

He started working his magic very quickly and we got my issues under control. We started allergy shots and have been reducing my meds ever since.

If you are looking for someone who pushes meds, don't go see him, but if you actually want results and to get your health issues under control, he is your guy! He gave me honest feedback that I needed to hear and I am barely on any meds now and as healthy as I have been. My weight is down, BP is great, I don't need allergy shots anymore (his advice), and we are in the process of eliminating another med all together.

I went to Dr. Agarwal because of chronic sinus issues and sensitivities to certain foods. What I discovered is that Dr. Agarwal does not just focus on allergies, asthma and sinuses. He seems truly dedicated to healing the whole person. He did an outstanding job listening to and responding to my overall health concerns and prescribed a solution that actually worked and is sustainable. I would recommend him to anyone.

My son has been going here to receive immunotherapy shots for an allergy to dust mites. So far, he has seen progress, although the therapy is a long process. The receptionists and nurses always remember my son and talk to him about things they know about him (school, sports, family, interests, etc). This goes a long way to helping the experience be a little more enjoyable.
Dr. Agerwal has done a great job at suggesting solutions to help things outside of therapy and medication. Education is key to providing less exposure, and I appreciate him taking the time to guide us to solutions like better cleaning methods, alternate bedding, less carpeting, etc.
I recommend this doctor and clinic to everyone I think it would help.

Great to have Dr. Agarwal and his staff come from Des Moines to the smaller towns. He has seen 2 of my sons and myself to help treat our allergy issues. He is always great to visit with, and his treatment has been very effective for us!

Dr Agarwal has always been very professional and thorough in helping me battle my allergies! His front staff Crystal, Jamie, & Emily always have amazing attitudes and have been nothing but hospitable! I highly recommend this team and clinic to anyone wanting positive results!

I saw Dr. Agarwal six months ago after years of chronic nose and sinus problems. Since then I've never felt better in all my life! I can breathe better, smell better and best of all not a single sinus infection since. I still take my Zyrtec daily for allergies but no more painful days. Office nurses and front desk staff is efficient and professional.

I have never received a higher quality of medical care anywhere other then the Asthma Allergy Sinus Center. Dr. Agarwal and his nurses have repeatedly gone above and beyond to figure out diagnosis, assistance linking me with appropriate medical treatment, and navigating the difficult and confusing world of medical insurance. They have truly been a blessing I recommend them highly.

I can’t think of a better physician experience! Dr. Agarwal listened with patience, understanding, and concern. We could tell he was 100% vested in finding a solution to an ongoing health issue that every other physician has given up on...even issues that are outside the realm of allergies and sinus! We visited Dr Agarwal on a Wednesday and on Friday night he called from a plane in Baltimore to share test results and check on a reaction I was having to some medicine. Truly feel like he is in this with us and that he wants to solve the issues as badly as we do! Certainly a 5 star experience!

There are never enough thanks to Dr. Agarwal. This summer I suddenly had a skin reaction due to unknown reasons. The rash becomes super itchy at night but much less during the day. I visited my family doctor for two months but she couldn't give me any helpful advice and even make my skin condition worse! Then Dr. Agarwal came to my mind cause I visited about a year ago to test my allergies. I was not sure if my skin reaction was allergy or not, and I was afraid it may took some time to get an appointment here. But I was so desperate. So I called to make an appointment. Surprisingly, I got an appointment just two days later(This takes shorter time than my family doctor's). And Dr. Agarwal perscripted me some new meds. I didn't have much hope on the new meds at first. Actually, they worked very well! My skin reaction completely went away after 3 days! I wish I could see Dr. Agarwal earlier so I don't have to suffer that two months of itching! I would recommend Dr. Agarwal to everyone I know!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Agarwal for several health issues and he has been very helpful and thorough in every way. He has always taken his time to try and figure out the best treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended this office to a number of people who have been looking for this type of service.

The Allergy Asthma and Sinus Center is a great clinic that has done a wonderful job taking care of my Allergies and my Asthma. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. A great place that can't get enough credit for all that they do. Thank you.

For nearly a year I suffered with dermatitis that was localized primarily to my hands, but at times it spread to my face, arms, and legs which caused weeping wounds with severe itching. During that time, I was prescribed a variety of steroid creams, prednisone, and steroid injections to combat the flare-ups. After seeing three different Dermatologists who collectively said that it was a form of eczema cause by frequent hand washing I was referred to Dr. Agarwal’s office by my primary care physician. I was greeted by a professional staff who took a detailed history. Dr. Agarwal recommended patch testing because he believed I had a contact allergy. He was right, I had a sensitivity to the chemicals (chemical accelerators) used to manufacture surgical/exam gloves. I made a switch to accelerant free exam and surgical gloves and I can thankfully say that since May 2017 I have not had any type of dermatitis. Thanks to Dr. Agarwal and his meticulousness I was correctly diagnosed and my skin is healed!
