I opened a business account with Jazmine, the process was extremely easy and efficient. The tellers were extremely helpful and recognized me when I walked through the door with a welcoming smile.

The tellers here have always been more than friendly and courteous. Put a smile on my face every day! They are efficient and have always treated my business and me very well!

I have recently opened an account here, the customer service within the branch was perfect, I got exceptional help from Josie. The staff over there are very friendly 5 stars. But,

I am giving a 2 star rating based on the online experience and mobile app, everything seems complicated especially if I am making a transaction online it will not go through unless I call and verify with the phone banking which is closed on weekends so don't expect to buy online during weekends!

I appreciate the security but there are other ways such as OTPs that can be sent to the registered mobile or email.

Also the interface of the e-banking system is very outdated and not user friendly.

It wasn't expected to get a call, its great to see actions are being taken, as mentioned above the staff are professional and great service.
I hope that they'll update the online app or system with security mechanisms such as OTPs and Authorization texts for local or international transactions rather than having to call phone banking.

I had fraud on my card so had to take off work early to get a temporary card because I work the same hours they're open. The girl gave me the card and said I could activate it after 6 pm. I tried multiple times with no luck. Called customer service. It had never been put in. Extremely frustrating and they are not convenient since they are closed now on weekends.

Went in to deposit some cash I was given for repayment of money I loaned a friend. I asked teller about options such as CD & opening additional savings I know they open new types of accounts recently and that’s great. Well I don’t know if I caught her just on a bad day or from looks of her looking at your watch the end of her shift. I been with Great western bank for nearly 10 years I’ve never had such a rude teller like I experienaced at this location. 👌🏻 Great bank just choose another location then this one.

They forgot to order me a debit card, after more than 30 days they cancel my temporary card with no notice.,
Went this last Friday to get another temporary card and he told me it will be ready to activate at 6pm Friday.,
After many attempts I called costumer service and the guy never got the card ready for activation.,
I have my daughter sick with temperature and I had to steal medicine from dollar general because I was not able to access not one penny of my account.for the whole weekend…, CLOSING MY ACCOUNT THIS MONDAY ., worst bank with the most incompetent workers ever… I wished I would have gotten arrested taking that medicine.

I can't ever tell when they are or aren't open. They don't keep Google updated so don't count on Google or what is posted. You call and it says to get online but I have not found anything that is kept updated so I you have to drive there. And sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't.
