Caitlin is amazing. She was there to greet us and help us the second we walked in the door. She went above and beyond to assist me with my clear water bead crisis. Because of her, the kiddos at our church were able to create the cutest craft. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She informed us of the coupons the store had, how to sign up for the rewards program, and even offered to get me a cart or basket mid shopping. Thank you Caitlin!

Needed supplies before the blizzard hit and I found what I wanted online and you can see where the merchandise is in the store. Employees were very friendly and helpful. A very creative store.

Love this store. Employees are always super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of all kinds of fun stuff. I started knitting some scarves this winter and found lots of fun yarn there.

10/11/23 Needed to return a frame and pick up 12 of another one, JIll the Store Manager helped me load them. And the gals at the check out made it simple for a tax exempt sale.

Clean store, spacious aisles, this store does have a self checkout, I only saw two clerks checking out. The wait to check out was a bit long. I didn't see a lot of help around . We had to hunt one down. I had a good overall experience.

I don't think I can come back to Michaels. This was my first time in and I spent a hundred dollars. I did not plan on getting half of the things I got but I am glad that I found them all. I am now excited to get started on my new projects.

I've been a fan of Michaels for years. Generally I can what I need for my jewelry making hobby. Always friendly staff.

I love to do projects and crafts. Michaels has so much I find something new every time I shop there. This time I was making potion jars for a Harry Potter theme RV makeover.

The staff was very knowledgeable as all the products that were there. If there's anything art-related that you need there's a good chance that you can find it here.
If you are a painter it is like a paradise in there.
They also have all sorts of other things I could not even explain how many arts and crafts things are there, you just kind of got to go check it out. There were some items that I had found that were not marked with price and I went up to the front and ask for a price check and they were able to tell me right away and I didn't have to wait that long at all.
Definitely a Haven for anyone with a creative urge to make something.

Love my local Michaels! Staff is always amazing here. Michaels in general has an great website - they are usually pretty good at keeping their store inventory accurately reflected on their website so shopping online for store pick up is pretty great. The staff at this location is amazing at pulling orders and ensuring all of your order is there. They are usually pretty quick about filling orders too!

Has great prices, and when they have a sale, it is a great deal.

I've been going to this place a long time for my craft needs. They have tons of options for almost any craft. I love that the staff there doesnt follow you around or constantly ask if you need something like some places may do. They are there if you need them though! It's also very spread out so you don't feel crammed together with other shoppers.
