Zerorez

I had a great experience with Zerorez today, and would recommend them! Their technician, Angel, communicated his arrival time in advance, which was within the expected window, and arrived on time. Refreshing! He was extremely polite, respectful of our home, and did a thorough job. Our carpets look like new!

Nicole did a great job scheduling and Daniel came here after calling ahead. He did his job without me watching. Upon completion, we walked the carpet. He did a great job and I'm happy to recommend Zerores to clean your carpets.

Augie was professional and friendly. He did a great job of trying to revive an eighteen year old carpet. He cleaned two recliners that were well worn and they came out pretty well.

My technician was extremely good. He communicated very clearly and was very articulate about what he was doing, how the process worked, what I could expect, and what follow-up procedures I should follow. Just really good. And my carpet looked fantastic when he was done.

I remembered a few years ago that my good friend, Pam Dixon, recommended Zerorez to me. She had done voice work and ads for them during her morning radio show on KIOA. She confided that she really did like and use Zerorez for her own carpet cleaning.

With that in mind, I called and spoke with a very patient and friendly Heather. She set me up with Angie and Morino. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were thorough, answered all my questions and were very professional. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises when it came time for payment. In this post-Covid age, it’s hard to find quality help. But with these three I felt like they all truly cared. Thanks, Zerorez!!!!

Could not recommend Zerorez enough! Augie was the rep that came to our house and he was top notch. Communicated every step of the way. We have some light carpet that our dog likes to lay on (a particular spot) so it took a couple trips for Augie to get the stain out (lots of oil and dirt settled in that area) and he got it cleaned. Augie was very polite and worked exceptionally hard. Very impressed with the service we received. 10 out 10 recommend to anyone in need of a carpet clean.

Augie was better than great. He is a fantastic worker and he is a credit to Zerorez. He left out no details and never stopped working.
As an older person, it gives me great hope for the young people when I see a young man I can truly respect. 👍

I decided to try a different company after years of using another. I am amazed at the obvious difference. The company was prompt, answered my questions, and was helpful over the phone. The person that performed the work took the time to do a very good job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and used protective equipment to protect the wall corners. I am very happy!

Daniel was my carpet cleaning technician today. Daniel called before he arrived at my home… he was very professional, courteous, conscientious , and did a great job cleaning my carpet. This is my first time utilizing the company Zero Rez and I would not hesitate using them again. Thank you!

Augie is absolutely the best! He pays so much attention to detail that if he doesn't think it smells right, he redoes it or stays until he thinks he's got every little smidge of icky smell out and I'm talking about cat pee! Always delightful, good, humored , courteous, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. I would recommend him to anyone. We did have somebody come in between the two times I've had him. They were very pleasant and nice but not quite as thorough. Definitely ask for Augie. He won't let you down! If anything pops up within a month that you think is a returning smell, he will come right back out and check it out again. I did not have to have him do that the first time, and I doubt I will need him to do that this time. He went above and beyond even took out a couple of spots onto on a chair. Took time to explain to us the system and made sure he used a special fur type cleaning equipment to get the cat hair up. You'd be surprised at how much you do not see and cannot vacuum up with your own vacuum. I can't say enough about Augie and his professional job with Zerorez! Thank you, Augie! Well see you again in the future!

Zerorez was great! I asked for 1st morning appointment and he was here on time. We talked through each room to be cleaned and they are clean! Used clean equipment, corner savers, was very careful about all my woodwork. Have used this company before and will use again.

Alex was fantastic! Cleaned our bedroom hallway and living room. He was extremely professional and thorough. We look forward to having him back 10 out of 10! It smells wonderful in here.

I wish I hadn’t waited so long to have Zerorez come to clean my carpets!! The technician, Joshua, was very clear in the information he provided regarding the process, my options, and the costs so I could make informed decisions. We had many old pet stains which were either eliminated or very much diminished which pleases me greatly. I was very aware that they wouldn’t be completely eliminated given the age of the stains but I am very satisfied with the results! Joshua worked diligently and left our house clean and refreshed! I would absolutely recommend this company and will utilize their services again!

The tech just left my house. He was an amazing young man. Polite, explained what he was going to do. You are lucky to have this young man employed with your company. As far as the carpet goes I will post a review tomorrow when the carpet dries and after I see how it looks.
