The doctor I saw was fine but they NEVER informed me there would be a consultation fee before being seen. There’s also nothing that states this fee on their website. I never signed anything verifying I received information about a possible consultation fee but was sent the bill a month and a half later. When discussing this with clinic manager Kristen Platt, she was combative and unapologetic that the consultation fee was sent to me. She also gave conflicting information about why the consultation was applicable to me since the procedure I wanted to discuss with the doctor could have potentially been covered by insurance; however, the consultation was necessary before being able to determine if insurance would cover any of the procedure. She justified sending me the bill that was never presented in the first place by saying that other doctors in the area all have consultation fees. I understand that but I didn’t even have a choice whether or not I would agree to pay the consultation fee since again I was NEVER INFORMED about it beforehand.

They don't take good care of their patients. . If you have blockage they don't tell you .....
