Culver’s

Super clean on the inside, employees were super friendly. I got a Culver deluxe double, fries and cheese curds. Burger was amazing, nothing fancy but it was kind of crispy but juicy! Fries were just your normal crinkle cut fries but they tasted fresh. Cheese curds weren't the best I've had but they were good. Husband got a bacon deluxe (forgot the picture) but he said it was great.

Talk about decorating and customer satisfaction!! They offer samples and walked through the whole dining room offering and the staff is so sweet and friendly. I recommend this place if you need your day made and your belly full!!!!!

I recently gave this place a second try and seen how amazing the customer service and quick it was. It changed my whole experience on culvers and i really love it again! They are so nice and friendly it always made my day. Cheers to culvers!!!

I had a great experience here once I was helped. I wasn’t greeted once I walked in but typical for fast food. I requested accommodations to my food. The staff looked at me like I was crazy. But this one young gentlemen helped me and had a smile the entire time. He didn’t know the answers to my questions and proceeded to ask until he got an answer. He turned the experience around. Thank you.

Culvers is always fantastic. But the grimes Culvers is always a step above the other locations.

First time eating at a Culver's. Girl at register was very nice and patient with us, answered our questions. And always had a smile on her face.

I walked into Culver's and as soon as I walked in I heard welcome in and saw beautiful smiles from all the employee's I could see. I felt the welcome in and I felt welcome I knew I picked the right place for me and my family to choose dinner. I ordered a few baskets and a few kids meals, they helped me figure out everything in those orders and the people that came out and handed our food had a smile and was so heartwarming and they made sure we didn't need anything else the food was so fresh and warm it was so good. Then after dinner my family and I went and got ice cream and there were so many topping's and the ice cream people were amazing at their job. If I ever chose a Culver's to go to it would be the Grimes location. They were so friendly and happy.

Culver's definitely hits the spot .The Butter Burgers ,Mushrooms Swiss Burgers are Amazing and the sides of cheese balls ,onion rings,French fries are always fresh .They offer a huge variety of ice Cream,Shakes,Sundays an you can create your own as they have tons of toppings to incorporate with what ever you choose.The service was prompt the employees were welcoming and smiling.

Went through drive thru everyone was nice and didn't have to wait that long for our shakes and cheese curds. They weren't busy tonight. Food was great as always

This location is very busy during the lunch hour. The customer service is always friendly and they try to get your food to you in a timely manor. The food is always hot and friend. This culvers does a great job!!

Culver's rarely disappoints and is pretty consistent and they did it again. Very happy to have this new location in town. Went through drive thru on grand opening day and they were prepared and keeping things moving. Food was done right and timely. Sometimes when places are busy like they were some shortcuts, like fries not quite cooked as long as they should be, can happen, but ours were perfect! Well done and welcome to Grimes!

Went at a busy time of day around 6pm. And they were just swamped. Took me a few minutes to get my food not to long. But my sister In laws family ordered at the same time and she waited nearly 30mins longer then me and my kids. Overall great food, service could use some work.... they seemed overwhelmed

Even though a few of the kitchen staff walked out they were doing everything they could do to keep people happy. Que helped us get our ice creams right away. Thank you Que the manager in duty was keeping his cool while all this happened .We have been here before and all was well.

Always loved Culver's since discovering them in Wisconsin years ago. I wish they could get the drive thru order correct the first time as it seems they always leave out! Wish they'd bring back their bone-in broasted chicken!!!!

First open day was able to get in and out within 10 minutes, with separate orders. Along with great costumer service, a healthy batch of smiles, and the food was delicious just as stated. Im very impressed with how quick and well everyone is doing for there first day keep it up 👍

Food was good and came out fast. Super friendly service. We dined in. Drive thru experience in the past has just depended on the day.

Went to Culver’s with my family yesterday around 3:00 ish. Had the most polite girl when we had gotten a mess up with our food! She had said her name is Leilani when I had asked so I could leave this review!!
