They made it very easy! Paul was a blessing. He ordered my tires and planned it in such a way that I could take advantage of a promotion that was happening. I appreciate this level of service.

Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. Easy to get to from home. Efficient, Knowledgeable automotive mechanics. Was a Pleasure doing business with them, will definitely be a return customer when the time arises for both regular maintenance and unexpected maintenance.

2nd Visit & Service: Very professional and knowledgeable advisors and mechanics on staff. They kept me up to date on every step of service to my vehicle and performed service in a very timely manner. Clean facility. Great location.

I had a nail in one of my tires and I was able to easily make an appointment online for the same day. They finished the job quickly and didn’t try to push anything extra on me. The price was also very reasonable. The staff was friendly and prompt.

I work in Des Moines but live 50 miles away. Had an issue with my vehicle that worried me about driving it home. The Firestone tech worked my vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Professional and Friendly. Will be back.

Traveling through from Ohio and took a new car in that I just bought that had an alternator installed improperly. Not only did Firestone fix this problem for me but they also were willing to call the dealership I bought it from to back me up. Arton Rrukaj, the store manager, was amazing and deserves a raise! I was a walk-in, had a flat tire, unfortunately it wasn’t patchable and had to be replaced. From the time I got there to the time I left, it only took an hour. I’m super happy with the service I get here every time I come in!

I found a leak in my tire around 1pm today. Called and even though they were busy, the man said he could fit me in at 3. They found the leak but said it was not repairable and they had some tires on stock. Overall they were very kind and quick with the whole process.

Everyone at the shop was extremely nice and helpful. Jeremy took the time to check out some concerns we had with our trailer tires and brakes. He treated us with extreme compassion and care and felt like family. Would reccomend this tire shop to anyone who needs assistance.

1 1/2 hours from closing, we did not have an appointment, and our car stopped working. They got us in right away, and Jeremy was the most helpful and kind person! They worked hard to get us back on the road. Highly recommend going here! They even let us and our dog sit inside with us who was on the ride with us.

I was 7 hours away from home and the oil mysteriously left my vehicle. I was 45 minutes away from Des Moines when this occurred. I had my vehicle towed here on a Saturday morning needing to leave sometime that day to get back home. I called right away and asked if they would have time to look. It did take the full day to get my car back but they diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and fixed it. I got home safely and it’s been fine ever since. Being a female and not having my husband with me, I feel like I could have easily been taken advantage of. Felt this location did a great job and I am grateful they squeezed me in and fixed what I thought I was going to be a catastrophic diagnoses.

Friendly staff. Able to get us in last minute on a Sunday for a flat tire was a lifesaver! My only complaint is that they wouldn't even attempt to patch our tire since we already had started to ourselves, they insisted we buy a new tire. Not many options on tires in our size, so it wasn't cheap.

I went to Walmart first, but they didn't have my kind of tires & wouldn't call to check their other stores. I did a Google of tire shops and called them. I was happy they were open on a Sunday morning and Ron was pleasant on the phone. I did have to hold for a couple of minutes (and almost hung up), but then he said they had the tires I needed. He said he would work me in between appointments. While I was there, he ordered a couple more sets of those tires just to have them on hand! I think I was only there an hour or less. Andy just called, less than 24 hours later, to say the other 2 tires will be in tomorrow.
They also have 6 month same as cash plan right now! Great job guys

Staff called with updates and prices before continuing service. They brought car to front door so I did not have far to go on these crutches! Checkout was quick and easy with my Firestone card (even though I could not find it!) Thanks for taking care of my family. We heavily rely on you guys.

This location has amazing customer service and exceptional workmanship. I had dropped off my Hummer H3 for a left wheel bearing replacement and a new windshield wiper motor today and not only did I have my vehicle back same-day, but also had a personal phone call when the work was finished. I want to give a special thank you Scott Coffin for working with my warranty and being trustworthy. Derek and Joe also made a huge impact on the first time I came in for an oil change. I will and would recommend this location to everyone!

Stopped in to get new tires but wasn’t fully sure on what to get. Arton took the time to guide me through the different tires till be found the right ones that would match my daily routine. Gianni and Derek did an amazing job making sure it was done perfectly. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

After looking at Google reviews for this Firestone location, I was hesitant about bringing my vehicle to Firestone for service. However, once I arrived, I was helped in a timely and professional manner. I explained to the Service Advisor, Ben, what had happened and what I believed to be the problem. He and his crew of technicians were able to diagnose the issue quickly and get the parts in fast to get me back on the road. They even stayed late to make sure that I could get my car back the same day. Also, the repair cost was reasonable and close to what I expected it to be. I can't thank the crew at Firestone enough for getting this cross country traveler back on the road. Great job guys!

My car overheated while I was about 45 minutes from home. I drove to Firestone without an appointment. They got me right in & diagnosed the issue. They explained the issue to me at my level. After giving approval to fix it, they took me to my doctor's appointment & picked me up afterwards. When I returned it was repaired. They were very courteous & helpful. Recommend them highly.

Got my car in quickly for a service. Staff was kind and professional. Jeremy provided best in class customer service and explained the situation with my car very well!

Wonderful Customer Service! Went in for an oil change and bulb replacement for a front headlight. The Manager and staff were tremendously helpful and insightful about my BMW 3 series. The Manger even helped me slightly with a coupon. I’d recommend this location to anyone.

Just picked up my car and referred my baby brother to get an alignment and oil change! Winifred is AWESOME! She's so super helpful and definitely the person you want to talk to at Firestone! Also, Derek is the most awesome shuttle guy EVER! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

We noticed a screw in our tire during our road trip. These guys were great. They worked us into their schedule on a Sunday, and we were back on the road in less than an hour. They had friendly employees too. Thanks for the assistance!
