Heidi was great and fun to work with. She organized our trip and planned for the events we wanted to try. Was really nice not to have to worry and do all the foot work for our trip to Steamboat Springs. The Sleigh ride was nice and the dinner afterwards was very good. We really enjoyed the day of snowmobiling and snow tubing.

Really enjoyed working with Heidi and it took a lot of the headaches out of planning our trip to Negril Jamaica. Look forward to working with her again on a future trip. The staff at Couples Negril, especially Sugar, our Scuba instructor were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional.

Heidi took care of all the arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transfers. Despite our limited budget, she managed to find us a fantastic deal without compromising on quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the value we received for our money.

What truly set Heidi apart was her attention to detail and speed at which she did it. Her communication was prompt and efficient, making the planning process seamless.

Our week in Couples Negril was amazing; and i have a stockpile of brownie points to say the least... It wouldn't have been possible without Heidi's exceptional skills and dedication. We are immensely grateful to her and the entire team at Benvenu Travel for making our vacation an unforgettable one.

Heidi did an outstanding job helping us plan a 2 1/2 week Eastern Europe trip for 3 couples. The research she did and the recommendations she made were fantastic. She created a trip app for us with all the documents and details by day that was a game-changer while on the trip.
