I would like to write my deepest appreciation towards the staff member at this establishment, I have been shopping at farmfoods for years at this individual store, I always come back because of the man who works here who always puts a smile on mine and my families faces, He's very caring, helpful, cheerful and very considerate of others. He has always helped me while shopping.

I had saw that his name tag was Etienne, Honestly one of the best reasons to go there.

There should be more people like Etienne because it really makes the company have good character.

Better variety then my local Iceland stores. Polite and efficient staff.

Good value for money however like everywhere else prices have increased. Good place to buy frozen food and other products.

Great store but aisles are narrow.
The only member of staff in the store was too busy filling freezers to notice the long queue to pay and told us when called he was in no rush to get to the till as he had been rushing about all day.

Staff are particularly helpful and store is generally near empty mornings & 4pm/8pm.
Store is well stocked & has too offers.
Prices are lower than many other Ashford stores.

It's a frozen food chain store. It also sells non frozen food and a limited range of household items. Prices are very competitive. It is all on ground level, no steps. The aisles are narrow, you can get a shopping trolley past another one, just. The non frozen items are mostly "name" brands and the frozen mostly "own" brands. Quality, I have found personally to be as good as any other major chains.

Nice little store but you need to watch prices as they are sometimes beaten by the big supermarkets. Having said that I still like the shop and you can get some real bargains.

Good prices on their frozen food with a discount if you spend £25 or more.
