McDonald's

It's sometime since we had a McDonald's. PLEASE STOP pushing customers towards the DIGITAL ORDERING, it doesn't suit everyone. Also may I suggest the burgers aren't as fat as they used to be. I enjoyed my Big Mac, but I'd have enjoyed it better, had it been as fat as I remembered. A very nice young man filled in a survey for me, really respectful and nice chat.

Recently popped into Sturry Road McDonald's and got chatting to the lovely front of house member, Ben! He was so friendly and informative, especially when we got talking about jobs at McDonald's. Well done, Ben! You're a star!

I attended this morning and was approached by very friendly staff, as this is a smaller franchise and a drive through they seemed to have more of a local personal touch, service was great and food was as you would expect from McDonald's, great job 👍🏼

This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever been in. My kids love it here, there food is always fresh and staff are amazing

Very good service, quick to prepare food. Chips were not as salty as other McDonald’s but that’s not necessarily a bad thing!

Very friendly staff when getting order wrong was great to correct it. Its Mcdonald prices, McDonald's food which fills a gap. The kids got balloons and played on the games console, there are six of them.

Is it only me, anything i order? I'm told to park up and wait, and it will be with me in a few moments. Maybe it's because I'm not using the app?

Treated my daughter to a breakfast out before school. No waiting.Only a couple of people inside. Order was correct and she said it was really hot. (She doesn't know why I'm laughing 😂)

Order was wrong again, big tasty with bacon (no bacon) Big Mac meal (got another big tasty) which would probably be okay except my wife doesn’t like them 😞

Absolutely brilliant. I work throughout the whole of the UK and seems to be one of the best in the country.
Friendly,engaging staff and the whole place immaculately clean.
I provided a very positive feedback and talked to lovely friendly and bubbly ladies.
One of them ,once more children in place,rewarded them with the little flags for their good behaviour.
Excellent atmosphere,global trade with a homey feel :))

A breakfast wrap and cup of tea same quality as always 👌

Gave birth in here one if the counter people (Meg 😝) knew how to do midwifery

Our go to when can't be bothered to cook etc. Always friendly staff and food is sometimes a bit meh but on the ehold pretty good

Not much seating but kept clean and staff and helpful

Looks to be a new refit. Very pleasant and clean. Friendly staff.

Take there time so yes you will be waiting maybe a minute longer but once you get your food it I fresh as possible, the chips are crispy but not to much and in-between hot and medium so it is perfect to eat. One problem though that they have milk problems a lot but they haven't been open for a while since so hopefully it will be sorted soon but overall better McDonald's I've been too
