I've visited this place on 2 occasions, both times to stock up on bedroom and kitchen items for our daughter.
Their quality is good and prices are reasonable.

Great place for all things in the home as set out on the attached photo.

We had excellent service from the staff there when we went to pick up a click and collect which hadn't ordered correctly. Our problem was sorted out with quickly and with a smile.

In addition to home goods there is a café on the mezzanine above the main ground floor area where you can have cake and coffee.

Visited this morning for a nice tall standing lamp. Had a look around the shop and ended coming out with much more than anticipated. Prices were fair and the products are very well made. ,couldn’t help myself

Wish I could name the staff. What a great bunch. Couldn't do enough to help. Bought the last of the end of line including the chair that was on display. Then helped load them into the car. Cant say enough but thank you. You made our visit more than worthwhile. Just waiting for the table delivery on Monday.

Staff in the Canterbury branch are fabulous. They're helpful, cheerful, efficient and very polite. The cafe staff are just as fab. Enjoyed my visit there.

As ever got what I wanted plus a few items not on the list. My favourite depts are bedding and towels and kitchenware, and of course the cafe. Staff always polite and helpful.

Fantastic customer service, always a member of staff at the door for any help you may need. The cafe do yummy food, that is reasonably priced. The quality of goods is great and if not in store a staff member is there to order on the ipads. Lovely shop

Lovely home essentials. Just purchased some more Dorma bedding just in time for my new super king bed to arrive. So soft and well made!! I recommend it.

Yesterday Jane and Trichia helped me out of an embarrassing situation at the Canterbury store. They could, rightly, have done nothing but they didn't and I was very grateful. It's not just the goods, it's the staff who make shopping a pleasure or not. Thank you ladies, you saved day and I will be back. Great service.

Seems to be improving all the time! Bought a lovely rug (and the price included Free delivery!), and the curtains department were Really helpful and we’re ordering from them too

We always find exactly what we want. The quality is exceptional. Try the Café - such friendly service, matched by good coffee and reasonably priced sandwiches.

Dunelm has a lot of home essentials you need. And Plenty of parking.

Absolutely love this place. It's even cheaper and easier to access then IKEA. It has everything you would ever need for your house including arts and crafts. You could refurbish your house for less £100, lots of parking and disabled access available. The quality it fantastic aswell.

Very good, had everything we needed, good range of items

This is a wonderful well stocked shop with friendly happy staff the cafe is fantastic value and there are lifts to all floors dissabled parking and toilets for all on the ground floor i can highly reccomend this shop.

We have recently been busy purchasing curtains & blinds, rugs - tables just small ones.
All very nice, just have to add some oil or chalk paint, it all comes up very well.

Big range of things for the home. Cafe pretty good.

I remember visiting this building when it was a water pumping station with a beam engine.

Brilliant refurbishment and reuse.
