Recently went into Mercedes Benz not knowing what I wanted as I was new to the brand and this very knowledgeable Sales man called Jon come out and found the right car for me - everyone knew him as the legend in the showroom. I was satisfied with the team’s service. Mark and Richard were adequately quick to respond to your queries. Just remember that sales people primary role is to sell and that you might not reach them the first time of calling. Also it depends also on your level of customer service you could initially expect a dealer. Overall thumbs up.

I had my MOT done in Canterbury and they were great, also had the car valued at the same time. I dealt with Mark, who was extremely friendly, insightful, honest and helpful throughout the process. Even though I wasn't selling my car on the day, he still followed up once I had left, and checked if he or Becky (service manager) could do anything else for me. Always a great experience in the branch, and would highly recommend.

I visited the Canterbury Mercedes service centre as I have just purchased my car and never had a Mercedes before, Zoe was so helpful and knowledgeable, helped me set up the app and also advised me of all the servicing plans and what my car may need going forward.
Brilliant!!! I felt that I was a valued customer and welcomed. Left having had all my questions and queries answered and confident my car was in good hands and knowing I was going to have trouble free motoring in the years ahead.

Always use these guys and we have always found them friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On this visit our sales chap was James Bean, he looked after use well. There were a few stumbling blocks their end and James sorted these out as swiftly as possible and kindly expedited the purchased of our vehicle. Receiving our vehicle a day early was a nice touch.

Jon Rogers at Mercedes-Benz 5* service! Our A-Class went in for an alloy wheel refurb which was arranged at a later date after buying the car by Jon. The experience was seamless, dropped our car off Monday and collected it Friday, with a courtesy car to help us out in between. Very easy from start to finish and the wheels look fantastic, like factory new! Really happy customer. Go see Jon and see for yourselves!

Gina at the front reception was absolutely brilliant, she welcomes everyone with a smile and makes sure their needs are met. I had noted that she has barely taken a 10mins break during the 2 hours i was there. Thank you Gina for your service and smiles.

Gina introduced me to Zoe who was kind enough to accommodate my late arrival and explain the process in detail.

The service centre has a good waiting area with refreshments where one can sit comfortably and get work done so remember to bring a book or laptop if you are planning to wait for your service done.

Thank you to the lovely people on the desks, late on Wednesday evening. (I’m sorry, I forgot your names…J&T???) and everyone else I have spoken with. Worried about some minor issues with my new car, they offered clear advice and reassurance. I was also getting in the way of the busy fellas outside moving cars. They were patient and kind in helping me park somewhere sensible. All round, you are fantastic people. Dealing with Mercedes, and in particular the people at Canterbury, is a whole new world of car ownership. Thanks everyone.
