I’ve only used this store once, and that was just to return an Amazon parcel, so I don’t have a very detailed view of the place. However, my experience was less than stellar. On the plus side, it was open Sunday lunchtime, which suited me very well – although that applies to most convenience stores these days. But the time it took to process the return was way beyond reasonable. This was largely a function of the fact that the man serving me couldn’t transcribe my phone number despite my breaking it down into three (and eventually TWO) digit sequences. This didn’t fill me with confidence but the parcel did reach its destination successfully so, in the grand scheme of things, it was a minor inconvenience.

This store took a parcel of mine and will not give it to me. They should have refused it but instead have signed for it and are refusing to provide me with my property.

I Think it's totally unacceptable to have someone answering the phone in the shop that doesn't speak english, like I could barely understand 10% of what they were talking it should be illegal honestly. And they couldn't explain how the DHL service works in there, for how long they keep the parcel and if can someone else collect it on my behalf.
