I didn’t stay in the hotel but did experience the cocktail bar this evening. Absolutely sublime. Beautiful Brambles made to total perfection. Whiskey and Amaretto sours also made brilliantly. We will absolutely be back. Six cocktails for under £70 also screams great value to me. Really enjoyable.

I nice stay for one night. Had a valentine's package with two welcome cocktails. Room was no 11, was large and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Absolutely stunning room and facilities. Ideal location for shopping or sightseeing. Really comfortable bed and choices for breakfast were superb. Fresh orange was very fresh and good quality. All the staff were very polite and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. I wanted to book again for my birthday but was a bit disappointed that the price seemed much higher. That said this is a beautiful place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Really cosy hotel a stone's throw away from the town centre and close to many good restaurants and cafés. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was extremely comfortable with a range of free teas/coffees and biscuits. Everything felt very clean.
The only down sides were having to pay £12 to park in the hotel carpark and the cost of breakfast (around £15, which is very acceptable if you're opting for the full English but not good value for money if you have the Continental option).
Overall, it was a most pleasant experience. We would gladly go back.

We stayed to visit our son who is studying at university of Kent. Fantastic original style and very warm hosts. Amazing service at a very good price.

Great hotel in the heart of Canterbury, room was very nice, although a little tired in places. The bar in the evening was a fab way to round off an evening and the breakfast was delicious.

Comfortabel hotel. Good beds and shower. Reasonable prices. Good breakfast. Plenty of staff and friendly. Pub with outdoor seating next door but this being in England, closes early. Close to the west gate, city center and the train station.

A great choice for Bottomless Brunch as the quality of pizza and deserts along with the cocktails was all worth the £35 we each paid.

Centrally located to the absolutely lovely downtown area. There are tons of shops and eateries within a very short walk. The room was clean and very quiet. Parking was reasonably priced and the staff is the best. My friend accidentally left her shoes in the room and they are shipping them to her at a minimal cost.

Great bottomless brunch on Good Friday. Waiter was really attentive with our drinks and the pizzas were really nice. The ice cream was quite basic for the pudding but that’s the only negative!

We had an excellent stay at the falstaff. Although the room was a little on the small side, it was enough for 2 people. The bar downstairs was great and I couldn’t recommend the cocktail making class enough, it was great fun and you learn a lot too. You are really close to the town which is an added bonus
