Come to this shop for years, always been able to find what I need, even if it is slightly more expensive than elsewhere. Staff have always been exceptionally helpful and polite.

Outstanding service today with Maude opperating the sheet cutter.
I had a large 12mm MDF sheet cut into 12 drawing boards for an art class. Perfect cuts no rough edges great value and service.

Michael the kitchen planner helped me with ordering a new kitchen. He was extremely helpful by offering me an excellent service.

A good selection of plants at reasonable prices. Wasn't looking at any other items but it looked well stocked.

Unfortunately had been shrunk so not as much available. BUT still one of my regular go toos for many things. Staff are ALWAYS friendly. Great place. Prices are average, not cheap but not expensive. Convenient to have everything in one location. Check stock online before going is all I would advise.

If you interested in tools, garden, home decoration and lots of ideas 💡 that’s the place to visit.

The staff here are super helpful, i thought i lost some jewellery here and the staff were very keen to help and took my name and number and helped me scour the floor to find it. Even staff who i didn't speak to about it overhead and were looking which was amazing.

They're a pretty great store for your everyday DIY needs too i have bought multiple items here in the past; i just thought that the previous left more of an impression. I found my ring elsewhere anyway so I really was just wasting their time!

Today in Canterbury B&Q a very helpful man named Oliver help me lift a very heavy table into my car it didn’t fit so he helped unpack it and put it in my car very friendly staff

Great guy at this store BIG HELP this morning being a cordless drill driver and reciprocating saw,didn't get his name but he curly hair and is faily tall. Also very patient and helpful signing me up to B&Q Club.

Great team on the paint mixing desk, very helpful ladies,they go the extra mile to get the colour right 👍.

Saw jaqi at the valspar department who help me no end. She talked me through the process of choosing the colour and type of paint and how to seal it afterwards on my old music table. A star in Canterbury. See her you won't be disappointed

It's nice a big shop friendly staff

It's been a while since using this branch, and a lot has changed. Very tidy, friendly checkout. I got what I needed without any trouble. Win, win.

I have visited twice since the store has re opened to non trade customers and I cannot fault the standard of service that I experienced on both occasions .. Staff are informative and constantly enforcing the rules in place without coming across as over officious. They are friendly and extremely helpful. Every aspect of the shopping experience made me feel safe. It was also excellent to see that staff who were not working behind a shield on a till still being provided with visors - well done B and Q! Other stores need to take note!!
