I went with my mum and sister on a busy Monday bank holiday and received the most wonderful service from Parish and Andra while shopping for perfumes in John Lewis. They were both so patient and friendly and more than happy to help despite the rush of customers. We really felt so special! It was such a great customer experience for us! Thank you both!

Lovely experience here where the staff did everything they could to help me get an item of furniture that was OOS including sharing their next intake date of the item and the reason for it being out of stock. Incredibly helpful and really kind!

Excellent customer service. A lady named Sue in the kids department helped me with securing a present for my daughter today and went over and beyond. A real pleasure shopping there and dealing with lovely helpful people.

This place is mainly for upper class population but if you dig enough you may find amazing deals on high quality products. Huge selection of anything but cosmetics, parfumes, and kitchen equipment is what stands out. I must mention their bed section is my favourite and only buy this type of products from them. Shop and staff are both great. Highly reccomend.

Great place with great staff. We went thinking we might look for things and didn’t plan to buy. However considering the dedication of the staff specially Elton in baby section who gave us due Time and space explaining all details of the product. Well done guys, really impressed with the professionalism.

Nice shopping 🛍 a lots of festive stuff especially for Christmas 🎅 price are reasonable. You can buy for your whole family any gift 🎁 and Christmas presents for any age. You can treat yourself 🧖‍♀ and your family and home 🏡 for this new year.
Parking space has enough bays. Number of tiles are ok and you don’t need to wait for payment. Most of sales advisers are polite, nice and friendly and helpful,

A lovely shop. Multi-storey. You will virtually find everything in there. From clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, kids department with Clark’s, furniture, electronics, kitchenware, perfumes, sport gear, toys, All sort of famous and high class brands & even a Plate to eat on the top floor. The customer services is brilliant. If feels lovely inside.

Lovely store with very friendly and helpful staff. Products are well displayed and a good range of them.

I had a lovey experience today at the tv department. The LG rep Riyaz was absolutely amazing and really helped showcase the difference between the tv ranges. His information was informative and detailed. I appreciate him showing me the differences between the tvs and the promotions available.

Visited Brent Cross John Lewis and was assisted by Amy on Level 1 in the Christmas Section. Was an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable Team member. Outstanding customer service and a huge credit to the John Lewis Brand. Would highly recommend her to help with all your needs and requirements. What an asset to them she is.

We had an appointment with the nursery team and it was wonderful. Really helped us decide on what we wanted and needed. We didn’t feel pressured to buy on the day but left with a thorough a list and ended up purchasing a few weeks later. That team have also been a great help since when I contacted them with questions. Can’t recommend this service enough.

A great big store set out over a few floors.
My daughter was buying a TV and she found what she was looking for straight away. The staff were fairly helpful but all greeted us with a smile.
The queue to pay was rather slow but there was only 1 girl behind the till. She was very helpful and pleasant.
There are lifts, escalators and stairs to each floor, so it is easier for wheelchair/ prams etc to reach each floor.
A wonderful store, helpful staff and a large variety of products. Totally recommend. ✨

I went just a couple days after boxing day to get a watch replaced that I had received with minor damage via online delivery. First of all the customer support folks online were very helpful, as they allowed me to get a replacement in person locally since replacements weren't available online.

Secondly the customer service in-store was very good. The staff were clearly very busy with it being just after Christmas. The lady in the jewellery and watch section who helped was very patient, and worked hard to let me get a replacement even though the computer system wasn't cooperating at first. She also was very good at explaining what she was doing, why it was taking longer than usual, and what I could expect as an outcome. In the end I had to get a refund on my first one and buy another watch, which was fine by me as I got a perfectly undamaged one. I certainly would recommend going here based on my experience.

I just bought make up for my wedding from Laura Mercier and had the most amazing make up artist helping my mother and I. Holly was fantastic; so helpful and patient with us. My skin has never looked better and I can’t wait to try what we bought. Thank you so much Holly!
