We are so glad to pop in to 02 store in Brent x a few days ago. Manager greeted us, he was very pleasant and directed us to Saeed who was fantastic and quick as we had very little time to spare. Our family plan rate was quite a high figure for sometime and we’ve been considering to leave 02. Thanks to Saeed we now have a very good plan in place, because of him we stayed with 02:)

My daughter visited the store yesterday and needed lots of help as she has learning difficulties. Saaed went out of his way to be kind and helpful. Also his colleague, a young woman, was also very kind. Thank you both for all your help in trying to sort out her phone.

After five years of using EE, I decided to change my mobile network provider. O2 had some amazing deals and contracts offering an EU data allowance with no extra charge, unlike their competitors. The staff were very helpful - a big shout-out to Romina who went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me with moving my old number to O2 as well as explained everything that I needed to know and answered all the questions that I had. I highly recommend this store!

We had a great service today at O2 Brent Cross! Our advisor (J) was very patient, explained everything, answered all our questions, helped us to find the best deal suits us. This branch never disappoints. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy with their service. I went there today and they were so welcome, helpful and polite (even I know I'm not an easy customer). I've got very good advices and offers about my mobile phone (Huawei P20 Lite) what I bought in 2018 and about different types of Huawei. I bought a memory card what I'm totally happy with it, even the manager helped me to connect the phone and the card (I know for someone it's nothing but I'm not that smart in phones). When I explained that what I want from a phone to know I've got very polite (short) "traning", even I don't know anything about phones, I could make my decision easily. The store manager really knows how to manage the whole store and still serve me as well at the same time. The staff was so polite, helpful and restpectful with the customers (how I saw it in that half an hour I spent in there).
So I definitely recommend to visit them if you have some question and need some help or advice, they will be there for you.

I've been into the store before the move to a new space and the staff were very helpful then too. This time i needed to upgrade my contract and it was a seamless process. Well done 02 to having a team and systems in place to make this so easy and transparent. My O2 rep Batool was especially helpful and cannot fault the service which was spot on. It's so rare for a company to be this good at service and price etc. I've been with for a few years after nearly 15 years with a so called premium provider but have always felt O2 value their customers and demonstrate that. Thank you
