A huge, fantastic store that stocks a considerable amount of great quality products. Customer service is brilliant. One of my favourite stores! I can't recommend them enough. You won't regret coming here, and you won't regret buying from them either. I could come here everyday. Long live WH Smith!

This particular branch is located in Westfield Shopping Centre, White City. The young man whom I approached for advice couldn't have been more helpful, if he tried. Not alone did he tell me where 2 find what I was looking for, he took me there & brought my purchases 2 the cash point - the one which was manned. 10+++ out of 10 for service. He deserves a pat on the back bec he's got a long way 2 go if retail is his chosen career.

This place has lots of item you need. The only problem is you can't find staff easily to ask a possible question. otherwise they are very friendly and helpful.

A bit pricey on birthday and mothers day cards other very useful. Glad it's still around. And not closed down , fingers crossed.

Literally all the best stationary, only problem is it's crazy expensive. We bought for 8 people and it went over £1600... sheesh

Very good customer service as soon as I walked through the door one of the workers personally took me to the area where the children's Bible was located which was exactly what I wanted!

Well stocked and at a convenient location. There were enough staff and they are approachable.

Huge branch, great range of stationery, books, magazines etc. Gigantic range of greetings cards. Great value.

All WHSmiths are similar stores you seen one you seen all. Books stationery magezines etc etc. All relevant stuff for academic readings events stuff.

They have a big variety of pens and pencils, also reading books,files and folders organisers
