I went to Fenwick and meet a lovely young lady called Iveta she worked for Armani beauty.
I am amazed how much she knew about every product and she is amazing make up artist +so knowledgeable about every product.
She recommended some products for me and I was happy to buy them.

Went in looking for perfume.... waaal great selection variable prices you get what you want. Purchased for my wife and myself. Will recommend anyone going there... friendly staff and helpful did not feel rushed managed to find what we were looking for.. lots of gifts even had samples for other petfumes amd will be buying one of them next...

Wife and I went to Fenwick in the lighting section and the two ladies there were incredibly helpful and were knowledgeable about Tala lights and helped us make an informed product choice. Extremely happy and will be returning for more - really made home renovation purchases a personal, fun experience ! Didn’t know their names but we went during opening on 29 Oct 2023. We called beforehand and they were incredibly helpful on the phone too - I called 28 Oct 2023.

A one lovely store! I went there to purchase a face cream.i have been served by a very kind consultant Iveta from Armani brand .she give a good advise for daily routine for my skin care.she also help me to find my perfect color match of foundation. I am very happy with my purchases and definitely would come back. ☺

Amazing customer service by Mide in the perfume section at the front of the lower ground floor. The department was manned by him alone. He was getting abuse from customers for waiting. On top of that, other department leads were coming and telling him they needed help and bringing people over for him to serve whilst they had no one at their counters! Ludicrous and unhelpful! Mide remained calm polite and his smile stayed in place!
Jackie is the manager of this department - she is truly amazing and I have often bought perfume from her. Well Done to her for having someone as polite and helpful as Mide in her absence running the show.
In regards to the other staff- pull your weight or at least don’t offload onto someone you can see is working a three man job !

Decor & displays are beautiful. Bright & space. We have bought 'The Ordinary Niacinamide+ natural Moisturizing Factor'.

High quality department store with exclusive brands Such as Polo, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren etc They always have a very interesting sale if you're able to catch it when it's on good pricing at that time

Good shopping in Brent Cross. Car parking is not an issue and you can get thier via tube station Brent and via Themslink Brent Cross Wst Station

Great department store more lively than John Lewis. Very modern and hip I would say. Had afternoon tea at patisserie valerie upstairs.
