I bought a product a few months ago in stor. Unfortunately product developed a fault last week. I went back to the store today after a rather frustrating time being transferred from one department to another over the phone: both members of the repair and support team who assisted were very helpful. Thank you so much for your dedication and going above and beyond.

Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to visit the store on 25 November 2023. I entered the store and headed to the Apple section, after browsing for about 2 minutes, one of the employees came over and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained what I was looking for, and the young lady checked if the device I wanted to buy was in stock. Since it was available, she took me to the till, took my payment, and brought me the laptop in a matter of minutes. She was polite and attentive, I was in an out under 10 minutes, I feel that I was very well looked after.

Daniella was very helpful and professional. She helped us straight away upon seeing we were unsure about which tumble dryer to purchase.
We went in wanting a specific tumble dryer however it was out of stock and she assisted by telling us where it was in stock.
After a short amount of time she assisted us in deciding what tumble dryer to purchase. We settled with a Samsung one to match our washing machine. Definitely recommend!

I visited this store today for an American style fridge freezer, and I must say I’m impressed with the customer service I received today by Faraz he helped choose the right product and arranged a delivery. All in all a hassle free shopping experience, would definitely be coming back again 👍👍👍👍

Th staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. They are for sure people on the right position, thy know what they are talking about. Professional, quick service. And prices... Lower than expected. Definitely recommended place.

I often research and buy online, but today went in to this store to view TVs before buying. I was pretty set already on what I wanted, but then met Happy (Harpreet Singh) and he expertly listened to what I wanted and guided me to a better TV at a better price, then handled everything up to carrying the TV out and loading into my car. Happy made me happy. 11 out of 10 !

I've bought a couple items from this store. Staff are helpful and take their time to answer your questions. You can find almost whatever you need here from tv to kitchen appliances

My son and I were helped from the start when purchasing a new refrigerator.They made it easy and pleasant and not worrying. It was delivered next day and old one taken away. I wish everything was as easy .

Shopping late just prior to closing time, we parked outside the main entrance and were quickly directed to the microwave section. After making our choice, a staff member came to us and offered to help find our chosen colour. They also organised help to carry the device to the checkout and then to the car. All very quick and easy.

Nice place to find out real and genuine electronics under one roof... Staff is very loving caring and helping.....

It was quite a long wait for the repairs however I do think they're very efficient with their service. Used them before when my laptop was smashed and now with my PS5

Fantastic range of tvs and really helpful staff. Parking is no issue with a large free car park.

We were at Currys Trojan Way Croydon on Bank Holiday Monday. We wanted to buy a new washing machine, but we needed some advice. We were served by IYAS. She was very kind and helpful, she showed us many washing machines. We could choose one of them and now we are waiting for the delivery. Thank for the excellent service and we hope the washing machine will work properly.
