Sainsbury's

Have been shopping here for well over 20 years and have seen the changes over the years.
This is a massive store, well stocked, and the car park is a generous size.
The best time to visit this particular store is first thing in the morning. It gets exceptionally busy on Saturday afternoons, which is to be expected.

Love this Supermarket. I've been shopping here since I was like 7 years old..... my Dad used to take me shopping 🛍 there everyweek after Brownies/Girl Guides and would always buy me a puzzle book or years later a Just 17 or a Top of the Pops magazine!!!!! It's changed so much over the years I'm 44 now !!!lol. Still living in my home town x

They sell everything I need. Even halal for my friends. Excellent nectar card offers

Sainsbury's is a great supermarket as a whole but you have to go to superstores like this one to get all the new stuff etc.
As expected this store was huge with a nice selection of freshly baked good.
The only thing I could not find was their own brand of potato cakes.

I tend to shop at the Purley Way branch every weekend. I tend to go in the morning when it's a bit quite. I find it a great place to shop because everything is layed out in a logical manner and there is plenty of variety; I can great the vast majority of my weekly shop in one place. I especially like using the scan and go facility, so I can pack all my shopping at leisure and paying at the end is as simple as anything. The Purley Way store has Sushi Gourmet outlet which does very nice sushi, and it also has an in-store Argos. Great place to shop.

Ample parking, and close to many other shops like TK Maxx, Hobbycraft, Adidas, Decathlon. The long opening hours is very convenient.

Good store with plenty of selection, including Argos & Habitat.

Friendly staff, great range, sour dough bread is amazing - overall my branch of choice

This was an impromptu visit I took the opportunity for a midweek top up shop and I wasn't disappointed. Parking was easy adjacent to the shop and though this was an unplanned visit I was fortunate to find lots of reduced products which are always welcome in helping to budget our freezer fortunately had the space and I was able to make a good saving. Thank you Sainsburys

The sainsbury is very clean most of the time the shelves are full, but it quite busy now as we are all working from home. The store is big and you can get everything under one roof. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly.
