Plenty of parking. The area can get very busy over the weekend.

Being a Wheelchair user I was very pleased to find totally accessible and a till which is also accessible. The Made Without Section is the Best in the country. M&S are the only shop as far as I know that sells free from Pork Pies , little samosas and Spring Rolls. All the Free From food is amazing and within the average price for free from foods.

I was so excited when I first realised they were going to open a huge M&S here. To have a big store with free parking, versus the M&S in Croydon town centre where it’s an absolute nightmare to park, was the best news.

And now, I’ve been here a number of times since it’s opened. It’s great. A good size, good layout, a new modern and clean feeling, a good variety of products - clothes, footwear, lingerie, home, beauty and of course, food etc.

Like others have mentioned, a cafe and toilets would be a nice touch but other than that small thing, it gets two thumbs up from me.

Lovely new store, which is a clothes shop/grocery shop hybrid. Best of both worlds. Produce very fresh, bakery items freshly made and store layout and design is phenomenal.

We braved ourselves walking into this M&S just before Christmas, and...
It is a really nice store, luckily the Christmas shoppers seemed to be still in hibernation.
They had lots of stock on the shelves, lots of staff on the shop floor, and it was immaculately clean.
We found what we went in for and took us hardly any time to pay and be out of the shop again

Visited today for the store’s opening, shelves all completely stocked with wonderful fresh looking produce. Great selection of just about everything and that’s just the food hall which occupies half the store. The other half is for M&S clothing range.

Overall an excellent addition to Croydon’s retail presence and somewhere I see myself visiting frequently. I was surprised at some of the available products such as a reasonably sized plant selection with both indoor and garden plants. Lots of speciality ingredients all with the high standard you’d expect from M&S.

There has been a focus on making the store engaging for young children with the addition of mini trolleys and buttons around the isles that make noise and allow the kids to have some fun while parents complete the shop.

The only downside to this store will perhaps be a significant increase in traffic on an already chaotic section of the Purley Way, it’s too early to know for sure but I suspect this may cause some frustration for some.

This is one of the nicest M&S stores I have visited. A large, bright and airy store with both food and clothing (no homewear) stocking a healthy range. The service here is always outstanding, the staff are always friendly, helpful and nice. Always a pleasure to shop here. Parking is free.

I absolutely love this store. I visit almost every couple of days.

I love the fact that I can park close to the store.

The food shelves are always fully stocked, and if they are not, it's not too long before a member of staff is there to replenish.

The clothes section is nicely laid out with a good variety of clothing.

But best of all, the staff. They are the most pleasant, helpful retail staff I think I've come across. They are extremely helpful and overall make shopping in this store a good experience.

Just popped in to this lovely store at Purley Way , plenty of places to park. So much to choose from and everything was very well stocked . If you go early you may even get yourself a bargain as loads of reduced stickers . Staff are very friendly. Once I got to the tills one of the members of staff her name was MJ asked if I needed any help . As I work in customer service I was listening to her interacting with the customer. She has excellent customer skills and is a credit to your store. She answered everyone’s questions . She looked very smart and had a lovely smile on her face . I will definitely be making a trip back to this store.

My favourite M&S store. My toddler loves pushing her own trolley and searching through the store for the pig, chicken and cow so she can press the buttons 😍

Freshly baked bread and a wide variety of fresh fruit and veggies, meats, fish and dairy/non-dairy products. I wish all supermarkets were laid out like this. It’s like going back to the grocers of times past.

This was my first time shopping in this store. The food hall is spacious,extremely well stocked, easy to find what you are looking for.very clean.
They have some lovely party food, prices really reasonable. Also a very good vegan range of food.
The remaining area of this large building contains M&S clothing,footwear,home goods & a number of seasonal items for home & gifts.
The 289 bus from West Croydon (to Purley) stops a short walk from across the road.

It's a very impressive store. The Woodhall is the best. It's spread over a very large area. The place was very well stocked and is very neatly maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I have never been to this Marks and Spencer's before. The range of clothes was extensive. I also enjoyed shopping in the grocery section and bought several items reduced in price and was very impressed at the selection of vegetables and fruit. When I went to the self checkout there was a lady there to assist. She was incredibly helpful. I had never used the weighing scales separate to the checkout and she showed me how to do this, obtaining a label for my bananas! She was busy tidying the area while still being friendly to all the customers around her. Not sure what her name was but this was on Wednesday 8th November.

A well stocked M&S food hall and clothes shop. Staff are remarkably helpful. Prices se to be cheaper at this M&S compared to the central London stores. Plenty of free parking. Great selection of cheeses. Fresh bakery does many pastries.

Great food hall and a good (but not huge) selection of clothes and beauty. The women's section is well worth a mooch especially now that M&S seem to have got their act together on basics and the odd must-have piece. Free parking.

Lots of choice and nice to have a large M&S near home. Just wish they had a deli section like some of the larger ones but otherwise a great local addition

I booked a bra fitting (following a negative experience at another branch). I was helped by Enza, who was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was super helpful in selecting some styles.
The branch is great, albeit rather cold. Altogether, a good shopping experience (and I hate shopping).

Christmas Eve 10am food collection, plus additional bits and pieces plus online clothes order all collected this morning before 10:15 home and put away befor 11am ...winning . Great staff and fabulous store so well organised.
