33Sixty Glasgow was an amazing experience for me; meeting and solving global issues with young leaders from diverse cultures, beliefs and backgrounds. I have learnt a lot on leadership with respect to the role of speaking, listening and observation. Listening to great ideas from each group as to solving the challenge of creating a step change in the way the private, public and not-for-profit sectors work together, I am convinced of the impact we are set to effect in our societies.

I have been inspired, motivated, energized and made great friends. It was indeed an impactful week for me.

The Common Purpose Global Leader Experience opened my eyes to the ability of youths to drive changes in our respective societies. Over the course of 4 days, I had the opportunity to engage with incredible student and industry leaders, working together in spite of our cultural differences to develop a plan to solve the annual challenge. The experience motivated me to get involved with my community and more driven as an individual for my own goals.

My experience at Common Purpose 33Sixty, Malta was mind blowing. I got to meet and interact with exceptional young leaders with unconventional and innovative ideas.It was an experience of a lifetime and more than anything, I learnt to "light my own small fire in the darkness"
