Tesco Express

I was looking for live plants. I found the white orchid I was looking for (in other Tescos you only find coloured ones) and an elegant little plant (calathea) with matching white clay pots. Very reasonable price.

The vegan and vegetarian section is slowly growing and it makes me very happy. Great selection of meal deals and ready meals to grab on your way to the office or during your lunch break. The checkout queue at about 8-10am and 12-1.30 is insane, but quite fast.

Very neat and tidy. Appealing to look at. Would shop again. Lots of self-checkouts so there’s no need to queue. If it was busy, I doubt I’d have to wait long enough to bore me. Great store!

Good offerings and quite a big store but the exit to the self check and tills was like a maze!

This is quite a big Tesco with a good range of products. Not really an Express store but more like a Metro. It's right next to Liverpool Street station so a good place to get some snacks if you're travelling. Cheaper than the station food outlets.

Heaven is amazing. Great customer service! He kindly got the items we wanted from the delivery cages. He went above and beyond in upselling and ensuring we got what we needed. Thank you, he needs a promotion!

I used to live in the area for 4years and almost shopped there every single day. I was always impressed with Ash (I hope I spelt it right) at the check out point. Such great positive energy and helpful friendly guy who never failed to make me smile even after a miserable long night shift.
He also remembers the names of many frequent customers that I find very heartwarming. What a great customer service that I don’t normally expect from Tesco (no offence). I recently witnessed so many chaos in various Tesco stores which made me appreciate Ash’s hard work even more. I haven’t shopped there as much since I had moved out so I don’t know whether he is still working there. If you see this Ash I want to say thank you and wish you all the best!

I absolutely love that this Tesco is open 24hrs! I work late shift every day and this syore is halfway on my journey home, so regularily I take some groceries with me, even just for some breakfast the next day.
On 15/9/17 I went shopping here as well and my self check out till seemed a bit upset. I was continuously helped nicely by one employee named Magda, who was not shook by the fight that had just happened 10 minutes ago near the entrance. Thanks for the service.

Great for quick shopping trips, right outside Liverpool Street station so good for buying snacks/meals for train rides. Open quite late so is my first port of call for late night train ride snacks. Can get busy and crowded but thats to be expected in a very busy area of London.

They are friendly when they can be, but with the sort of evening clientele they have to deal with, a rigid stance is understandable as it’s a big drinking area with some troublesome characters from all walks of life.

The staff are so lovely , especially one of the security guards , I don’t know his name but I forgot my bank card and didn’t have enough cash to pay for my shopping , so he gave me the money I needed I said I would come and pay him back but he said no , it’s no problem and he was here to help .
What a true gentleman.

Very busy store especially during lunch times but queues do go down efficiently. Very well organised staff. Decent selection in store too.

Open 24 Hours, right next to the bus stops. Perfect for stocking up on snacks before you go home. Lots of self service tills too.

Great shop to visit in the early hours of the morning, it has everything I need. Got great help with a temperamental till from Alison on nights this week. Keep it up!

Tesco Metro Liverpool Street station is nice with friendly staff and assistance with ambient refrigerated and frozen goods with a large selection of items; close to central London and train or underground services

Really like this tesco. One guy in particular called Tanim. He is just so gorgeous, that's why this tesco is so good, if he was on the shelf I would just steal him quickly..
