Wonderful service, very knowledgeable and dedicated staff, great location
The store is very easy to get to by public transport. It was my 1st pair of On-Running shoes, and Simon did a great job of explaining the differences between each shoe. I tried 3 different pairs with a little jog in each. I chose the middle one and, 1 month and a few races later, I definitely recommand the brand.
The store is also a great place for the local running community and very generous to charities promoting running for everyone. In sum, this store is the place to go to get your next pair of running shoes !

I wear On shoes anyway but this shop has a nice collection of shoes here! Very friendly staff - the guy called Thomas is incredibly nice and friendly, and patient with our requests too! We ended up buying three pairs.

Excellent customer service from Simon in store recently. I wasn't sure what type of trainers would be most suitable for my upcoming Hardmoors Ultra and Simon was incredibly knowledgeable about every product in store.
I decided on the On Cloud Ultra 2 and I am extremely impressed with theses shoes. They are perfect! Thanks again Simon!

Simon Fitzmaurice at the On Running shop was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to understand my needs, especially after my injury, and offered valuable advice on running safely during recovery. His expertise was evident as he carefully considered the best shoe configuration for me. It's refreshing to meet a true subject matter expert like Simon, who genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale. Highly recommend him and the store!

He also gave help and advice to my wife who is training for her impending ultra. She always struggles to find shoes that fit her broader feet, but again Simon was able to help and she is exceptionally happy with the fit and ride of her new shoes.

I would just like to give a massive shout out to Julia for all the help she gave me when I arrived in store. She is super friendly, incredibly helpful and a really nice person to talk to! Thank you for making my experience at the On Store London Spitalfields one to remember!

I had such a great experience at the store today. I was served by Nayeem, he was extremely informative and helpful (and very nice!). He gave me 3 pairs of trainers and spoke through all the different benefits whilst I tried them on. This was very helpful as I have no knowledge on trainers but nayeem made me feel right in place at the store. I will definitely be back in the future!

Visited this location as I wanted to learn more about the different options and the technology behind the On shoe brand. Had previously visited a different store and was unable to get the information I needed because it was too crowded. While there were plenty of shoppers at this location, they had lot of people available to assist. I spent about 20 minutes with Niko who was very knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to get a better understanding of which shoe would work best for my needs and made me much more comfortable about getting my first pair. Great experience.

Incredible service and care from Nayeem! Allowed us to try on multiple pairs of trainers without complaint. Nayeem also demonstrated great knowledge of the technology behind the trainers and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Amazing customer service provided - unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the staff that helped me, but they were both incredibly kind, talkative, and knowledgeable too. The store is clean, spacious and very inviting too! Would definitely come back (and the Eclipses are a dream too, hoping On releases more colours so I have another excuse to buy another pair!)

When I went to this store Nora, Minh and Niko helped us out. They were extremely kind and helped us out to find everything we needed. They showed us multiple sizes of almost every item. We ended up buying way more than expected!!! :))

Went in last week and was assisted by Julia, who walked me through the new shoe designs and cold weather gear. She was very knowledgeable and knew what I'd need based on my running habits and distances. Great service and will return!

Superb store, really great layout and wide selection of products! Staff also excellent, really friendly and really knowledgeable about the stock. Damaris was so nice, pleasure to talk to about running, and gave plenty of advice on which shoes were best for me. Will definitely be coming back, and will be recommending to friends!

I’m into my running and wanted to try a new pair of running shoes! I went to the ON store in Spitalfield market and tried on some really cool shoes. The staff was great, especially Simon who is an absolute pro! He knows a lot about running including the best shoes for different distances, gait analysis and has all the time for his customers. He is a regular guide for blind and partially sighted runners and knows a lot about guide running as well. What I really liked was the fact that you can try on different shoes and do a short run outside to see how they feel on your feet in action. The shoes are pricier compared to other brands, but they have some very cool features as well! I went for one of their racing shoes and definitely recommend the store if you want to have a look at some cool shoes.

Such a beautiful concept store! We were already On fans, and we’re hoping to restock. Great and quick service from Waleed with help from the assistant store manager. The stock on some colours for some models is a bit low, but it’s great to see the collection in person and the staff is so nice it doesn’t really matter.

Have been buying on trainers online for the last 7/8 years. It was really helpful to pop into the shop, try on the newer lines and test running in them outside. Niko was very helpful and knowledgeable - thank you!

We went to the store to find a pair of walking shoes for my mum who has wide feet. Nayeem helped us to find the perfect one and was very helpful and patient throughout. It was a very pleasant experience shopping here and we also love that we have an On store that is nearer to home and is much quieter than the flagship store in Central London.

Super friendly staff, super quick and efficient, everything is clean and shinny and shoes do feel like walking on clouds. Keep it up! :)
